Job Description Summary: Provide dedicated professional sourcing and other value creation services to assigned business units or operating zones to support and achieve safety, efficiency, compliance and savings initiatives and objectives. • Verify that critical suppliers are on the approved supplier list, and initiate the critical supplier qualification process for new suppliers as required.
• Proactively manage sourcing activity for all major capital, maintenance and plant turnarounds (TAR): o Attend and actively participate in budget planning meetings for assigned BU or zone.

The Senior Corporate Paralegal, Securities & Governance supports a broad range of global legal, transactional, compliance, and corporate governance matters for a public company. This role requires deep experience across securities filings, executive compensation, public listing obligations, legal entity management, and complex transactions.

Responsibilities:

Securities & Public Company Compliance

• Prepare and file documentation with the SEC and NYSE, including Section 16 filings.
• Support proxy statement reporting and NYSE certifications

Corporate Governance & Entity Management

• Prepare written consents, resolutions, minutes, and certifications for domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
• Manage and maintain corporate minute books and legal entity databases.
• Prepare formation and dissolution documentation and issue equity certificates.

Transactions & Cross-Functional Support

• Support financing projects, due diligence, and closing processes.
• Partner with Tax and Treasury on subsidiary transactions, KYC, and guarantees.
• Coordinate executive and director signatures and manage notarizations, apostilles, and certifications.

Qualifications:

• A paralegal certificate, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 4+ years of relevant corporate legal experience, including exposure to public company filings, corporate governance, and legal entity management or comparable complex corporate work.
• Experience with legal entity management and SEC filing systems (e.g., Diligent Entities/Blueprint, Workiva, or comparable platforms).
• Notary public certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

• Client Professional Services is looking for skilled Automotive Electrical Technicians in the Arlington, TX Area.
• This position is responsible for diagnosing electrical system circuit faults and repairing electrical wiring to OEM standards, diagnosing problems with all vehicle electrical systems, repairing damaged electrical parts, and maintaining electrical repair equipment for an automotive manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide weekday and some weekend on-site vehicle repair or repair person mentoring/coaching at an OEM vehicle assembly facility: shift hours could be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (team has a schedule rotation, schedule to change based on assigned rotation)
• Diagnose electrical issues and execute a course of action
• Provide on-site leadership with estimated time for repairs
• Repair and/or replace faulty wiring, connectors, or electrical systems
• Install new vehicle wiring systems per OEM standards
• Repair and troubleshoot immobilizer and alarm systems
• Service of electrical automotive parts
• Service and repair electrical systems on new OEM vehicles
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Complete job reports and processing paperwork
• Instruct and guide other repair personnel to improve their understanding of vehicle electrical systems and subsystems
• Present and demonstrate efficient and effective methods of diagnosing and correcting vehicle electrical systems and sub-system deficiencies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrical repair technician
• Advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems
• Ability to work in confined vehicle spaces
• Complex problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work standing or in a crouched position for long periods
• Ability to distinguish subtle color variations
• Demonstrated knowledge of automotive systems from an advanced diagnostics perspective
• Ability to read and interpret a digital multimeter, OEM diagnostic scan tool and other automotive related diagnostic test equipment
• Ability to effectively conduct one-on-one and small group discussions
• Ability to interpret early engineering level electrical schematic diagrams
• Ability to work independently without supervision
