Responsibilities
- Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery procedures to the highest standards of care
- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues
- Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to develop and execute treatment plans for patients
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients to educate them on their treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their oral health
- Ensure that all treatment is performed in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Keep accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, technologies, and industry trends
- Work with our administrative team to manage appointment scheduling, patient communication, and billing as needed

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in endodontics from an accredited program

For a defined Region, responsible for supervising the overall operation, condition, maintenance, and repair of all water treatment, physical plant, medical equipment, mechanical/electrical systems in the centralized program so as to ensure safety of the patients as well as the staff operating the equipment. Collaborates with Director of Technical Services to review, create and implement technical and business strategies to ensure desired outcomes within a centralized program. Ensures all decisions, actions and activities of Technical Department Personnel are compliant with company standard operation procedures and with all pertinent local, state and federal regulatory requirements. Oversees OSHA and regulatory compliance related issues ensuring appropriate actions taken to ensure required resolution. Demonstrates pride in the quality of work, regulatory compliance, and the environmental cleanliness of the facilities in the Centralized Technical Program.
Customer Service:
- Responsible for driving the FMS culture through values and customer service standards.
- Responsible for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Develop and maintains relationships through effective and timely communication.
- Take initiative to respond to, resolve and follow up on customer issues in a timely manner.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Overall management of Technical Services for one or more Regions. Regions will typically consist of 40 to 100 clinics and 30 to 80 exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Assist Regional Vice President(s) with budgeting for costs related to Technical Services e.g. personnel, maintenance parts, travel and other expenses.
- Works with Regional Vice President(s) to ensure that operational, financial and regulatory requirements associated with Technical Service are met.
- Collaborates with Regional Quality and Education personnel on cross functional initiatives.
- Responsible for management and oversight of financial metrics for one or more Regions i.e. TAP, maintenance parts cost, travel and other expenses.
- Responsible for data integrity for management systems at the regional level e.g. PeopleSoft, Kronos, Service Database.
- Responsible for piloting and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Collaborates with Director of Technical Services to review, create and implement technical and business strategies to ensure desired outcomes within a centralized program.
- Collaborate with the Director of Technical Services to establish operating and financial goals.
- Responsible for the following supervision and oversight activities within centralized technical programs for one or more regions:
- Repair and maintenance activities on water treatment equipment, dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, test equipment, and the physical plant as recommended by the manufacturer and by procedures established by FMCNA Clinical/Technical services as documented in the FMCNA Policies and Procedures.
- Document all repair and maintenance activity per applicable policies and/or procedures.
- Ensure that technical sections of the Clinical Services Integrated Policy and Procedure manual are current.
- Implement technical policy and procedure changes upon approval from the Governing Body.
- Purchase and maintain inventory of service parts.
- Ensure defective parts with associated RGA and warranty parts are returned in a timely manner.
- Actively support and participate in the Quality Assessment and Process Improvement (QAPI) process.
- Cooperate with facility staff to ensure all regulatory and OSHA requirements are met.
- Perform water/dialysate sample collection and processing per applicable policies and procedures.
- Review, evaluate and report water/dialysate quality results per applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update water system diagrams and valve charts.
- Transport equipment as needed.
- Schedule / oversee Area Technical Operations Managers and/or Technical Supervisors to ensure appropriate coverage for a defined Region according to established criteria.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement processes to impact them.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on selection of water treatment equipment in DeNovos, relocations and renovations.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on technical and/or physical plant aspects associated with DeNovos, relocations and renovations.
- Perform Technical Assessments for clinics in assigned area.
- Initiate, monitor and manage external vendor service and/or maintenance agreements/contracts.
- Ensure that applicable manufacturers IFU's are available to personnel.
- Maintain a list of emergency contacts and ensure it is accessible to all facility personnel.
- Collaborate with Operations personnel to ensure integration of Technical Services into acquired facilities.
- Coordinate and provide Technical Services support needed during natural disasters or emergency situations.
- Recruit, interview and hire Area Technical Operations Managers and/or Technical Supervisors.
- Act as a mentor, role model and resource for Technical Services Personnel by setting an example of appropriate behavior, work habits and attitudes towards patients, coworkers and management.
- Train and mentor Technical Supervisors and/or Biomedical Technicians as required.
- Oversee corrective actions and Personnel Improvement Plans (PIP) according to applicable HR policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing and formal annual performance evaluations to Area Technical Operations Managers and/or Technical Supervisors.
- Retain all technical records and logs according to the FMCNA retention policy.
- Ensure proper training and education for all technical staff.
- Ensure that personnel and training records are maintained per policy and procedure and are accessible to authorized personnel and regulatory agencies.
- Participate in facility audits conducted by the RQM and federal, state or local surveyors preparing and implementing plan of correction for any technical deficiencies identified.
- Coordinate the installation of equipment and implementation of product initiatives and improvements.
- Perform and/or provide assistance with the Direct Patient Care Technical Training Program.
- Perform monthly SAP supply inventory process as required.
- Create SAP requisitions for equipment.
- Ensure that the asset register for 8000 series equipment is maintained based on equipment movement and Finance Department criteria.
- Assist Operations personnel with technical aspects associated with DeNovos, relocations and renovations.
- Ensure that the dialysis machines, water system and mixing equipment is installed, operational and validated per manufacturers documentation and FMCNA Policies and Procedures.
- Assists Operations personnel in the review and recommendation of capital equipment purchases.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with FMS affiliated physicians, ensuring communication and dissemination of pertinent information as appropriate.
- Work with Operations personnel to address adverse events and product complaints.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- AA Degree in electronics /biomedical technology, or equivalent preferred.
- Successful completion of the FMCNA Biomedical Technician Technical Certification Program within the first 24 months of employment required.
- Nephrology / Biomedical Industry Technical Certification within 24 months of employment preferred. (choose one)
- Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing and Technology (BONENT), Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT)
- National Nephrology Certification Organization (NNCO), Certified Biomedical Nephrology Technician (CBNT)
- Biomedical Industry Technical Certification preferred.
- Water Quality Association (WQA)Water Treatment Specialist (WTS)
- Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET)
- All required certifications must be maintained and current.
Experience and Required Skills:
- Minimum of four years supervisory experience.
- Minimum of four years experience working in an industrial/medical technical setting, or three years experience and an AA Degree in electronics/ biomedical technology, or two years experience and a BS Degree in a technology or business field.
- Attend all technical training programs required by state/federal regulations and FMCNA policy.
- Valid Driver's License issued in the employee's state of residence.

A Brief Overview
The Clinical Pharmacist promotes the safe and appropriate use, proper storage, and distribution of medications as required for patient care in accordance with professional standards and practices. Provides consultative services to patients and healthcare providers. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
What you will do
- Provides consultative services and clinical expertise to evaluate and improve medication usage and therapeutic outcomes. Promotes continued improvement within the pharmacy scope of practice.
- Processes orders and prescriptions to provide medications and pharmaceutical supplies ordered by physicians and authorized medical practitioners.
- Advises physicians, healthcare staff, residents and patients in the safe administration of medication.
- Follows established, participates in the development of, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures for medication safety, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and compliance activities.
- Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.

Under limited supervision designs, develops and maintains test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
· Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
· Prepare recommendations for testing and documentation of procedures to be used from the product design phase through to initial production.
· Generate reports and analysis of test data, prepares documentation and recommendations.
· Review test equipment designs, data and RMA issues with customers regularly.
· Design, and direct engineering and technical personnel in fabrication of testing and test control apparatus and equipment.
· Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data.
· Determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.
· Direct and exercise control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests.
· Perform moderately complex assignments of the engineering test function for standard and/or custom devices.
· Analyze and interpret test data and prepares technical reports for use by test engineering and management personnel.
· Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on machinery and equipment.
· Perform semi-routine technique development and maintenance, subject to established Jabil standards, including ISO and QS development standards.
· May provide training in new procedures to production testing staff.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year college or university preferred; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The employee is frequently required to walk, and to lift and carry PC’s and test equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Individual’s primary workstation is located in the office area, with some time spent each day on the manufacturing floor. The noise level in this environment ranges from low to moderate.

Responsible for ensuring the proper compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications within regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures. Works effectively in a hybrid work environment (such as Pharmacy store, Call Center, Micro-Fulfillment, and/or remote) and provides pharmacy consulting services with empathy to patients regarding the effective usage of medications and awareness of drug interactions leveraging omni-channel services (e.g., in person consultation and via the phone). Offers preventive and clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcomes services. Supports the efficient workflow of the pharmacy and assists the pharmacy management in identifying ways to optimize pharmacy financials, inventory management and enhance the patient experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management. Reviews, interprets and dispenses prescribed medications.
- Enhances patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews) and retail, clinical, or wellness services such as immunizations, disease state management and specialty programs. Listens to patients concerns and issues, acts as a sounding board for pharmacy concerns and provides feedback to operations leaders. Resolves customer queries and issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Conducts centralized support, including patient registration, exception resolution, and assists with resolving patient issues. Performs in-person or virtual product/prescription reviews, within guidelines.
- Provides expertise, resources, education and support to broader team. Supports staff training and development opportunities. Promotes teamwork and motivates staff by fostering a shared vision;
- Supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Partners with leadership team in analyzing performance (KPIs), financial and customer service data; Implements procedures for pharmacy asset protection and inventory management.
- Ensures the pharmacy adheres to regulations, company policies and standards. Collaborates with leaders to establish workflow procedures (e.g., assigning roles, coordinating activities and soliciting employee suggestions). Oversees pharmacy opening, closing and shift change.
- Maintains and develops relationships with medical providers and other health professionals.
- Ensures pharmacy staff follows up with medical providers’ to clarify prescriptions, dosages, refills, interactions and allergies, to suggest alternative medications and answer questions.
- Maintains current knowledge of pharmacy systems technology (e.g., workflows, prescription fulfillment, billing, clinical documentation, training, inventory management, and POS registers).
- Processes insurance claims. Liaises with insurance companies, medical providers and auditors.
- Develops and maintains relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Participates in community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business and enhance growth opportunities. Participates in community events that reflect the unique communities we serve as requested by leadership team.
- Drives compliance and continuous improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes. Adheres to regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.
- Maintains awareness of third-party pharmacy business opportunities and assures proper administration and implementation of pharmacy systems and procedures.
- Seeks professional development and solicits feedback. Maintains current knowledge and required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations. Stays current with pharmacy trends and best practices.

Basic Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
- Willing and able to work effectively in different and/or multiple work environments (such as Centralized Services, Retail Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and/or virtual).
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience with pharmacy technology including Intercom, Promise, and Plus.
- Has completed specialized training regarding medication and disease state or has sufficient practical experience necessary to provide specialized services offered at clinic location (HIV, Organ Transplant, Oncology, etc.).
