Who You Are

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry program
  • Active Oregon license (or eligible for licensure) and in good standing

  • Experienced in comprehensive eye exams, refractive care, and contact lens fittings (including specialty lenses preferred)
