As a Registered Nurse for Admission and Discharge, the top priority is delivering exceptional patient-centered care. What will you do in this role:

• Completes and facilitates the completion of required documentation, such as admission assessments, risk assessments, medication reconciliation, discharge paperwork, and post-hospital documentation.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about a patient’s medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete knowledge.
• Completes extra discharge documentation, education, and discharge care for special patient populations, to ensure compliance with core measures for discharge.
• Ensures patients /families/caregivers receive copies of discharge paperwork and any other documentation needed, such as referrals for ongoing care, educational materials, etc.
• Coordinates with House Supervisors/Nursing Administration to prioritize workload and identify greatest need areas to ensure smooth patient transitions.

As a Power BI Analytics Developer on our Data Insights & Innovation team, the candidate will be a key player from day one. The role offers hands-on experience in building real reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI that users need to make critical decisions. The candidate will work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in development of Power BI reports and dashboards to replace existing reports and dashboards in WebFOCUS
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Assist in development of clear, compelling, and user-friendly visualizations that tell a story and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Document data sources, report logic, and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or a similar data visualization tool.
• Understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
