- The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- The PSR II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.

2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred.

Develop/Adjust Overall Project Schedule after kick off meeting based on the following variables:
- Procurement lead times

- Geography of assigned projects
- Requirements for engineered drawings
Manage permitting process to include:
- Determine what is needed for permitting

Develop Overall Construction Schedule to include:
- Create task level construction schedule
- Desired order of operations/completion
- Coordinate and document equipment rentals, subcontractors, material purchasing
- Coordinate mobilization dates, outage dates, and construction schedule with customer
Ensure that no work is performed outside of the scope of the contract without approval of Sales Account Manager
Notify Account Manager of issues that would lead project to NOT be completed at or under budget and/or with 100% customer satisfaction
Seek/Strive to develop processes that streamline operations and cut costs
Lead project specific customer communication and manage customer expectations throughout project life cycle
Lead/manage overall project documentation process to include:
- Design level documentation
- Review Sales/Engineering provided project packet to ensure accuracy and thoroughness

The Semiconductor FAB Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a semiconductor fabrication (FAB) facility. This includes managing production teams, ensuring adherence to cleanroom protocols, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet yield, output, and cycle time targets.
- Optimize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of wafers/products.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, throughput, and defect rates.
Team Leadership
- Manage and lead a team of FAB operators and technicians, providing coaching and performance feedback.

Brava Roof Tile is seeking an experienced and highly organized Laboratory Manager to lead the development and operation of our new testing laboratories at our McDonough, Georgia facility. This role is responsible not only for overseeing daily laboratory activities but also for building and scaling the lab capabilities from the ground up to support R&D, production, quality control, and customer testing initiatives.
The Laboratory Manager will play a critical leadership role in establishing both the Physical Properties Testing and Analytical Testing laboratories, including laboratory layout and setup, equipment installation and commissioning, test method development and validation, and implementation of safe and efficient laboratory processes. This position will also lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of laboratory technicians and help build a high-performing technical team to support long-term business growth.
The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all testing activities supporting R&D, product development, quality assurance, and certification programs. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background in plastics and building materials, excellent organizational and project management skills, and a passion for building laboratory excellence and a strong safety culture.

What We are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science & Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline required. Masters or PhD is preferred.
- Ph.D. with 3+ years, M.S. with 7+ years, or B.S. with 10+ years of laboratory testing experience in polymeric, composite, or building materials environments.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
- Strong familiarity with ASTM testing standards, analytical instrumentation, and property evaluation of thermoplastics or building materials.
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as FTIR, DSC, TGA, DMA, EDX, rheology, and related characterization methods.
- Experience with weathering and durability testing (e.g., Xenon Arc, accelerated aging).
- Experience with physical and mechanical testing of plastics, including tensile, impact, tear, and dimensional stability testing.
- Strong technical writing and reporting skills with the ability to communicate data clearly and concisely.

In the Role
- Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals
- Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems
- Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude
- Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
- Bilingual - Spanish
Location: On site
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday-Friday on day shift).
- The ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Success in working with other people or team to meet a common objective.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Currently enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university.
