Full-time onsite:
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
This will be a 1st Shift position for a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday.
Assemble electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, kits and modules according to specific written instructions, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets. Use appropriate tooling and machinery as provided. Verify and inspect products to ensure conformance with requirements and perform rework as needed.
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations in the build of electronic assemblies using standard measuring tools and techniques, following work order instructions, policies and procedures. Perform soldering and inspection when/if certified.
Cross-train in other assembly positions, participate and support continuous improvement activities, perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, the Surgical Specialty Navigator (SSN) is responsible for the surgical care of patients; supervision of assigned personnel; orientation and teaching of new employees to their specialty and ongoing in‐service programs. SSC keeps the nursing manager informed of all activities of assigned services; seeks guidance as needed; supports the nursing manager in carrying out unit objective and is a primary representative of the nursing manager. Streamlining the care between the Guthrie Clinic, Preadmission Services, the Preparation Recovery Unit, the Operating Room, and the patient care units. Facilitation of an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among surgical personnel and other team members is critical.

Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program or graduated from an accredited School of Surgical Technology. Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering medical treatments and related patient care. A minimum of two years clinical experience and demonstrated abilities in surgical technology. Must be able to travel to other Guthrie Clinic offices in New York and Pennsylvania and participate with “on‐call” schedule.

Build a comprehensive ENT practice with 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 full operating room block days weekly, supported by audiology, advanced practice providers, and a dedicated scheduler. Call is 1:5 in a week-on rotation and additionally compensated, with access to a Level II Trauma environment and optional academic involvement with SUNY Upstate. Epic is used system-wide, and Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) supports documentation efficiency.?
