Summary: A Product Events Demonstrator is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquires and maintains knowledge of the products represented, serves, demonstrates, engages with consumers and sells products in a professional manner. CROSSMARK team members maintain an overall professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job. This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the CROSSMARK does maintain the discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the client.

Responsibilities:

• The Product Events Demonstrator possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the retail consumer in a positive manner.
• Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products in retail environments.
• Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Can maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
• The Product Events Demonstrator maintains a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Properly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution.
• Achieves 100% execution on assigned work.
• The Product Events Demonstrator assists with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections.
• Builds and maintains rapport with retail store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
• Completes expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Prepares and submits all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient use of a Personal Computer and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Physical Demands: Stand up to 4 hours at a time Walk, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch and Climb (including use of a 6' ladder) Use hands and fingers to handle or feel Reach with hands and arms (including reaching overhead) Visual ability to read instructions and perform events Balance Lift and carry up to 25 pounds (including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds) Push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart weighing up to 300 pounds fully laden with appliances, supplies and product

Baptist Health Urgent Care is looking for experienced Medical Assistants or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team in Conway, AR.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to ensure exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking vitals, assisting providers, and maintaining accurate records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
• Promptly greets patients when entering waiting area, exam room, and laboratory or x-ray room
• Consistently communicates with patients on wait times; provides direction to the next step in the treatment process
• Provides solutions to patient problems and recognizes and seeks help in emergent/hazardous situations
• Executes follow-up calls with a sense of urgency
• Assist front desk personnel with patient check in/out procedures when necessary
• Obtains and accurately documents patient vital signs and weight, takes brief history, past medical, family and social history current medications, allergies and other pertinent historical information as appropriate
• Assists with patient transfers
• Assists with procedures directly supervised by the provider
• Follows documentation procedures and completes required documentation related to patient visit

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend.  Our PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.  

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• BLS Certification
• Certified Medical Assistant is preferred
• Willingness to get AR Limited X-Ray License is preferred
