Job: Data-MDM Architect (Profisee) with BA/PM experience
Location: Waukesha/Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Mode: Work from office, at least 3 days in a week
Primary Purpose
- Responsible for designing and architecting data/MDM solutions, analyzing, implementing, and deploying these solutions both on-premises and in the cloud. By collaborating with diverse business teams and utilizing extensive knowledge of big data tools and products, creates scalable, flexible, and comprehensive data solutions that tackle complex business challenges.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage the technical delivery of medium to large, moderately complex projects on-time with targeted zero defects.
- Provide planning, estimation, scheduling, prioritization and coordination of technical activities related to Enterprise-wide data solutions on both cloud and on premises.
- Ensure solutions alignment to Enterprise Architecture policies and best practices; ensure that process methodologies are followed in development.
- Accountable to business and technology management for end-to-end application scoping, planning, development and delivery that meets and exceeds quality standards.
- Identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of the project to minimize adverse effects on other projects and / or programs.
- Assist Project manager with the estimation of technical timelines and allocation of the technical resources to specific task.
- Communicate Expectations, Roles and Responsibilities to team members and hold them accountable to meet the expectations.
- Collaborate with IT partners to devise capacity plan and ensure appropriate infrastructure for the end-to-end system delivery.
- Supervise contingent workers and their daily tasks including onshore and offshore staff.
- Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
- Maintain data accuracy and timeliness, a critical highly visible aspect of the position as it impacts supply chain and sales effectiveness, financial performance of the business, and customer perception through on-time delivery, working capital, financial reporting accuracy and product quality.

1st Shift Roll Builder - Starting at $24/Hour
Reading and interpreting production schedules, job router cards, blueprints, non-conformance reports, and any other materials that summarize requirements for the building process.
Locating and retrieving rolls to the building area utilizing overhead cranes and various materials handling equipment.
Preparing the individual rolls for installation in the roll building equipment. Setting the extrusion temperature, installation of screen packs, etc.
Measures all required building dimensions and understand the relationship of the dimensions to the specific requirements of the job.
Verify the finished roll sizes to ensure that all requirements are met.
Wrapping the rolls after building with Polyester Tape or Nylon per requirements outlined on the job router.
End-Plating rolls if required or as outlined on the Job Router.
Complete all necessary paperwork, inspection reports, job router information, and operator sign-off on job.
Unload the equipment safely and without damage or harm to personnel, equipment or roll.
Deliver the roll to the designated staging area for vulcanization.
Record inventory level for rubber usage.
Safely operate the roll builder to produce the desired results and meet the specific job requirement.

Job Responsibilities And Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares for surgery daily by stocking operating rooms according to PAR levels, checking each operating room for proper equipment for cases scheduled, and checking case carts for instrumentation needs.
- Restocks warmers throughout the day with fluids, blankets, etc. Orders supplies from central supply/dispatch. Performs daily diagnostic testing and recording of sterilization equipment according to hospital policy and manufacturer's recommendations.
- Restocks and cleans all anesthesia equipment used, transporting equipment and supplies to other service areas of hospital as needed.
- Assists with the maintenance of surgery equipment by reporting malfunctions to the proper personnel.
- Assists in maintaining unit efficiency by cleaning operating rooms between procedures, washing instruments between procedures, and flash sterilizing instruments under the direction of a certified surgical tech or registered nurse.
- Assists with lifting and turning patients, transporting patients, and assisting in pre/post op areas and PACU as needed.
- Exhibits excellent verbal communication skills and commitment to patient satisfaction 100% of the time. Utilizes service recovery skills by reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintains communication with operating room director, management, anesthesiologist, CRNAs, and appropriate service representatives to ensure efficient work flow.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

This role plays a critical part in planning, coordinating, and executing projects that align with client objectives, technical standards, and operational goals. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project engagements and will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Planning and Execution
Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of technical and infrastructure-related projects.
