POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for managing, in collaboration with the Project Manager, the successful completion of assigned projects. The Senior Superintendent is the lead for job site safety, quality control, and project schedule and is the liaison with architect and consultants on all field and constructability issues.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises, coordinates, and sequences contractors’ work to minimize interference between various contractors on the project; May supervise and coordinate trades.
• Serves as liaison between owner, contractors/crafts, and engineers to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications and construction activities are in support of project schedule and various owner requirements.
• Maintains and updates the progress schedule in conjunction with area Superintendents; Reviews shop drawings, contract, and specifications.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to project teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
• Observes and interfaces with contractors or trades to monitor work performance and productivity of trades to ensure project rules and procedures are maintained and to check progress and quality of work being performed.
• Initiates paperwork to resolve field interference problems; holds meetings and maintains daily log of construction activities and problems as an aid for problem resolution.
• Enforces Barton Malow’s safety policy
• Promote continuous improvement and strategic growth within the aerospace and defense construction sector.
• Represent Barton Malow at industry events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• Proven experience (7+ years) managing large-scale aerospace and defense construction projects.
• Strong understanding of aerospace and defense industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Must be able to successfully complete an extensive background check.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role involves site visits, coordination with high-security projects, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Travel will be required to project sites across various locations.

• Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex aerospace and defense construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Industry Expertise:

• Possess in-depth understanding of aerospace and defense industry standards, including Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and other relevant security protocols. Stay current with technological advancements, regulatory changes, and best practices within the aerospace and defense sectors.

Security and Confidentiality:

• Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and confidentiality agreements, especially when handling classified or sensitive information. Collaborate closely with security personnel and compliance officers to implement policies that safeguard assets, personnel, and proprietary information.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout all phases of construction by establishing comprehensive quality management systems. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Implement corrective actions promptly to address any deviations or deficiencies.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Lead initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with aerospace and defense construction activities, including security breaches, technical failures, and safety hazards. Ensure all projects comply with federal, state, and industry regulations, as well as contractual obligations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the key point of contact with clients, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Communicate effectively to manage expectations, report progress, and address concerns related to security, quality, and schedule.

Training & Development:

• Promote ongoing training programs for team members on security protocols, quality standards, and industry best practices. Foster an environment of continuous professional development to keep the team well-informed and compliant with evolving requirements.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating our day-to-day shipments, supporting the efforts of our office by providing visibility, and maintaining accurate documentation for all loads. The key responsibilities of this role are to provide clear and concise communication, troubleshoot customer concerns, and to proactively monitor the movement of freight to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Enter new load orders into our proprietary web-based software
• Initiate “check calls” to track and trace drivers on all pickups and deliveries
• Communicate correspondence with drivers to ensure accurate documentation
• Closely monitor freight via multiple detailed websites to ensure accurate delivery times and to notify customers of potential delays
• Maintain and collect proper paperwork for each shipment
• Work cooperatively with Sales and Dispatch to provide solutions for customers’ needs and resolve issues
• Maintain an outbound call volume of 100 calls per day

Skills/Abilities:

• 1-3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and organize information while completing multiple tasks.
• Above-average proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) organization within RTX drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering services across product lines and functions.

• Experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments.

• Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.

• Experience with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and financial performance report generation with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering programs.

• Experience with Budget Change Request (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation for Test Systems Engineering programs.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.

• EVMS certification, Program Management certification, or equivalent to Raytheon PM Level 6 certification

• Demonstrate IPTL experience showing the ability to collaborate with program office, cross-functional teams, and internal/external customers.

About the Role 

We’re seeking Master’s-level professionals who feel confident facilitating groups, collaborating closely with therapists, and thriving in a part-time, fully remote telehealth environment.

Clinicians at Charlie Health begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to translate psychoeducation into meaningful, real-world change for clients. While each team member brings unique strengths and experience, all staff are expected to be fluent across multiple modalities. Our clients face complex behavioral and emotional challenges, and we’re looking for group facilitators who are deeply aligned with Charlie Health’s mission to provide life-saving mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date 
  
• Check-in with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month
  
• Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours) 
  
• Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time 
  
• Arrive ~10 minutes early to  scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour  
  
• Facilitate groups using the current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices
  
• Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed 
  
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture
  
• Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices 
  
• Participate in collaborative Therapy Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members
  
• Collaborate closely with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches 
  
• Communicate professionally and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
  
• Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
