What you will do:
- Under the direction of the Supervisor, performs select clinical functions to enhance delivery of patient care. Prepare patients for physical examination, obtain specimens, conduct select routine laboratory tests and records results, routine diagnostic tests and may perform phlebotomy. Under general supervision of a physician, administer selected medications/injections. Also performs clerical duties related to clinic operations. MA supports very busy primary care and specialty offices at multiple sites. A float differential and mileage reimbursement is included with this role.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED. Required
- Certified, Registered, and Clinical Certified Medical Assistants (CMA, RMA or CCMA) are required to provide current certification or registration through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), National Health career Association (NHA) or any other certifying agency and should have at least 6 months of clinical experience. Preferred
- Candidates who are not certified or registered should have at least one year of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license and valid auto insurance required

What we're looking for:
Education: High School completion or equivalent (GED)
Experience: OSHA forklift and HAZMAT certification are a plus, as is a minimum of one year of Crown forklift experience. Experience with a reach truck is also a plus.

Warehouse material handlers' essential duties are to perform various tasks in the warehouse, such as but not limited to:
Inbound: Unload trucks, trailers, and freight containers; count products; and compare products to the manifest to check all shipments for damage, infestation, or production code dates. Material handlers must report shortages, damages, and misshipments on the appropriate forms. They must also be able to sign for inbound shipments when necessary. All inbound shipments are moved safely to storage locations to be efficiently stacked as store merchandise.
Order Picking: Ensure that the correct product number, quantity, and type (lot, batch, serial number) are picked. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms using material handling equipment, such as forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks. Materials handlers must be able to label, stencil, tag, mark orders, band, bundle, wrap, overpack, and palletize as required.
Outbound: Compare quantity, labeling, and address with the order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. Assign signatures to outbound shipments as needed. Efficiently move products, cartons, and pallets into trailers, rail cars, or containers.
Equipment: Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements.
Inventory: Keep accurate records and reports. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensure proper stock rotation. May key inventory adjustments in the computer.
Other Duties: Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions. Repair and consolidate damaged goods as required. Operate a shrink-wrap machine. Charge the forklift battery as needed; stack and separate good from bad pallets when necessary; clean railcars, trailers, truck docks, and bays as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
