Salary and Other Compensation:

Job Summary

Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health oversees a team of 5 full time master's level clinicians, a case manager, and a recovery support specialist who provide treatment within an acute inpatient psychiatric unit.  Partnering in multidisciplinary leadership with a nurse manager and medical director to provide programmatic oversight of the unit and treatment for patients 18 years of age and older. Additional responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to the clinical team, supporting the clinical development of clinical trainees placed within the inpatient units, and engaging in quality improvement projects at the direction of the clinical director in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.  Clinical services include individual, group and family therapy.

Position Summary:

  • Working independently, while ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of assigned cases;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact with clients including development and coordination of case budgets, work orders, site visits, cost estimates, and associated deliverables. Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a full stack developer delivering complex, enterprise‑scale applications

  • Proficiency in NodeJS/TypeScript and Java with Spring, building RESTful web services
  • Solid understanding of scalable architecture patterns, data lifecycle management, and cloud‑native development
  • Experience developing and deploying microservices on OpenShift or comparable container platforms
  • Strong Agile experience, including breaking down user stories into tasks and estimating work within a SAFe delivery model
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across co‑located, cross‑functional teams

Day‑to‑Day

In this role, you will design, build, test, and deploy conversational AI solutions that deliver accurate, scalable, and context‑aware chatbot and voice experiences. You will participate in feature and user story refinement sessions, translate requirements into technical implementations, and develop conversational flows that integrate with enterprise APIs, cloud functions, and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and other developers to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery. On a daily basis, you will troubleshoot, debug, tune, and optimize conversational agents across multiple channels, apply clean coding standards, and continuously improve conversational accuracy using NLP and training data best practices.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the company's financial and accounting operations, including but not limited to managing inventory and conducting month-end close procedures.
2. Prepare and submit sales tax filings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
3. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
4. Implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A master's degree or CPA designation will be considered an asset.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with proven experience in managing a wide range of financial and accounting activities.
3. Thorough knowledge of GAAP and experience with sales tax filings.
4. Strong experience with inventory management and month-end close procedures.
5. Proven skills in preparing and interpreting profit & loss statements and other financial reports.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Key Responsibilities Detonate and demolish hazardous munitions, pyrotechnics, and outdated explosives; neutralize ordnance including sea mines, torpedoes, depth charges, and improvised explosive devices; remotely disable unsafe ordnance using robotic and diagnostic technology; conduct parachute and helicopter insertion operations; clear waterways of mines in support of ships and submarines; provide explosive ordnance support to law enforcement agencies and organizations such as the United States Secret Service and Department of State.
