About the role
As a Gen AI Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable, innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI, AWS cloud services, and Snowflake. You will be a valued member of our architecture and engineering team, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to integrate AI/ML capabilities, automate deployments, and enhance system performance.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop scalable architectures using Generative AI, AWS services, and Snowflake.
- Integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Implement AWS CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, CodeCommit, and CodeBuild to automate deployment workflows.
- Use AWS Machine Learning services to develop predictive models that generate actionable business insights.
- Provide technical leadership on AI/ML use cases, solution design, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Validate and test AI/ML models ensuring accuracy, reliability, and real-world applicability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Create documentation and training materials to support knowledge transfer across the team.
- Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to drive code quality.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 115,000 - $ 135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Summar
This therapist perform as a clinically competent practitioner of respiratory care. Provides respiratory care to patients with minimal guidance.
They perform the therapy, management, rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities which affect the cardiopulmonary system and associated aspects of other system functions.
Also administers respiratory therapy to include administering oxygen and other medical gases, aerosolized medications, positive pressure breathing devices, ventilators, resuscitation devices, etc. Performs pulmonary diagnostic procedures and assessments. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s individual age specific needs and to provide individualized age specific treatments and care.
Demonstrates efficiency across clinical/critical care settings to provide quality service to patient care units through communication, cooperation and collaboration with heath care team.
Participates in additional training and/or certification courses to develop expertise and skills to become certified to work in specialized clinical areas.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred from an AMA approved Respiratory program.
- Ability to function as a self-directed team member.
- Valid State of Connecticut Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) granted by The National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) prior to Orientation

Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health oversees a team of 5 full time master's level clinicians, a case manager, and a recovery support specialist who provide treatment within an acute inpatient psychiatric unit. Partnering in multidisciplinary leadership with a nurse manager and medical director to provide programmatic oversight of the unit and treatment for patients 18 years of age and older. Additional responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to the clinical team, supporting the clinical development of clinical trainees placed within the inpatient units, and engaging in quality improvement projects at the direction of the clinical director in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Clinical services include individual, group and family therapy.

Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy required.
Current Connecticut license; LCSW, LPC, LMFT required.
1 year of management experience in a healthcare related setting.
2 years of experience as a licensed Clinician; LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
Previous experience in clinical setting with Adults or Child/Adolescents
Computer proficient
Ability to assess problems, determine solutions and make decisions within a timely manner
Utilize supervision and team approaches in the context of patient assessment and clinical interventions

Position Summary:
Serves as the Engineer-In-Charge (“EIC”) managing and conducting investigations involving residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, structures, and structural components including roofing, fenestration, foundations and building envelopes. Performs structural analysis, hazard and damage assessments, lab and field testing of construction materials, design and construction defect evaluations, and premise liability evaluations. Must be a licensed professional engineer with a thorough understanding of fundamental engineering principles along with a firm understanding of applicable local, state, and federal building codes and standards, including but not limited to, the American Concrete Institute (“ACI”), American Institute of Steel Construction (“AISC”), American Society of Civil Engineers (“ASCE”), and the International Building Code (“IBC”). Provides expert judgement and forms objective, fact based, technically sound opinions and unbiased conclusions on case assignments from insurance adjusters, independent adjusters, attorneys, and other non-legal, non-insurance clients. Must be willing to travel and physically able to climb, stand, walk and kneel for extended periods of time. Is able to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors, and access work on roofs, scaffolds, lifts, and other elevated surfaces and enclosed spaces with the appropriate personal protective equipment and training. Is self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a group environment with a dedication to ethics, quality, and customer service.
This is a Hybrid role. The successful candidate must reside in the general Hartford, CT area and have the ability to report to EDT’s Windsor, CT office.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working independently, while ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of assigned cases;
- Serving as the primary point of contact with clients including development and coordination of case budgets, work orders, site visits, cost estimates, and associated deliverables. Maintaining contact with clients on active cases to provide status updates, including case spend and budget status, and address questions, needs, or concerns at least every other week, or as otherwise agreed upon;
- Assisting with the development and ongoing updates to the scopes of work associated with assigned cases, as necessary;
- Making independent decisions for assigned cases, including the selection of applicable analysis and testing methodologies and identification and selection of resources relevant to execution of the established scope of work;
- Managing resources for assigned cases, including both in-house and third-party sub-contractors where applicable, to meet established deadlines;
- Engaging other disciplines to address areas of assignments outside of your experience or expertise / discipline, where necessary;
- Conducting onsite investigations, testing, and gathering applicable field data on residential, commercial and industrial properties to assess damage and gather evidence of loss;
- Reviewing and interpreting relevant building codes as necessary for issues pertaining to the established scope of work;
- Preparation of repair and / or replacement cost estimates, as necessary;
- Participating in conference calls and / or in-person meetings with clients regarding investigation status and results;
- Preparation of forensic reports clearly detailing the observations made, documentation and data collected, testing results, applicable research conducted, and the associated conclusions, with a goal to issue reports within ten (10) business days following the completion of the site exam unless otherwise agreed-to by client;
- Providing technical support and testifying as an expert witness in depositions and court proceedings, as necessary;
- Collaborating with clients, colleagues, attorneys and other industry professionals, as necessary;
- Maintaining weekly updates to case status reports and working with the Regional Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer to address any issues with clients or your assigned cases;
- Conducting research and keeping current with industry best practices and emerging technologies;
- Developing technical topics for publication, industry presentations, and both internal and external training and continuing education development;
- Supporting EDT’s marketing and business development resources including occasionally participating in client-relations meetings, attending industry conferences, preparing marketing and technical presentations, assisting with the development of marketing materials, preparing industry blogs and white papers, and engaging with other industry professionals;
- Participating in EDT’s mentorship program and supporting the training and development of new engineers in conjunction with the Chief Engineer and assigned Training Coordinator;
- Secure and maintain professional licensure (at Company’s expense) in all states where conducting investigations, including remaining current on any continuing education requirements, as necessary.

- B.S. or M.S. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required;
- 7+ years’ experience in civil / structural engineering, preferably with residential or commercial properties;
- Experience in storm damage and building envelope evaluation or forensic engineering preferred, but not required;
- P.E. License with NCEES registration required;
- Valid driver’s license required;

POSITION SUMMARY:
At Windsor Federal Bank, the Residential & Consumer Mortgage Loan Originator serves as a trusted advisor and lending expert, guiding clients through the stages of the mortgage and consumer loan process - from initial inquiry to successful closing. This role is pivotal in helping individuals and families realize their homeownership and borrowing goals by providing tailored advice, timely communication, and exceptional customer care throughout the pre-approval, application, and closing phases.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of referral sources - including real estate agents, attorneys, financial advisors, and internal partners - to generate new business and meet both individual and organizational lending goals. The Loan Originator also represents Windsor Federal Bank in the community by participating in outreach efforts and financial education initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Originate and Advise: Guide potential borrowers through the residential and consumer loan process, offering personalized advice and financial education at every step—from initial inquiry and pre-qualification through application, underwriting, and closing.
- Build Referral Relationships: Proactively develop and nurture referral relationships with real estate professionals, attorneys, investment advisors, internal bank employees, and community organizations to drive loan originations.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person, phone, and or virtual meetings to evaluate borrowers' financial profiles and lending needs, ensuring a positive and informed customer experience.
- Loan Application Management: Prepare and submit complete, accurate loan applications and ensure timely delivery of all required disclosures and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, referral partners, and internal departments to ensure timely updates and an efficient closing process.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about current real estate and lending trends, local market conditions, and changes to federal and state regulations affecting residential and consumer lending.
- Community Involvement: Represent the bank at real estate and community events, homebuyer seminars, and local business activities to promote awareness and increase visibility of Windsor Federal's mortgage offerings.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend complementary financial products such as deposit accounts, home equity loans, and consumer lending services.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential lending, with a proven track record of $20 million or higher in annual mortgage originations or equivalent underwriting expertise in accordance with secondary market standards.
- In-depth knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, CHFA and proprietary loan programs, along with compliance regulations including HMDA, ECOA, TILA, and RESPA.
- Strong financial analysis skills, particularly in evaluating personal and business tax returns.
- Proficiency in using mortgage lending software (preferably Encompass LOS) and related technology platforms.
- Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation for making outside sales calls and/or to meet loan applicants as needed.
- Requires the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) Registration.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership.
