  • Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site
  • Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company's Safety Policy
  • Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job
  • Develop and update the project schedule
  • Prepare two-week look ahead schedules
  • Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
  • Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors
  • Coordinate the work of the subcontractors' field forces
  • Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers
  • Maintain accurate cost reports

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 8 (eight) years of commercial construction experience is required
  • 2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor
  • Experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing, and mentoring successfully
  • Experience with Conest and Accubid Software
  • Experience with project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
