The Respiratory Therapist RRT reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities: Performs all respiratory care procedures including patient assessments and implements treatment and therapies in accordance with department and hospital protocols and with-in physician order. Implements and evaluates the plan of care related to respiratory procedures including but not limited to aerosol, secretion mobilization, and hyperinflation therapies. Provides care for patient requiring ventilator assistance, complex respiratory devices and procedures and interprets clinical data necessary for the delivery of quality patient care. Performs comprehensive ventilator management and monitors the cardiopulmonary status of patients receiving intensive respiratory care. Demonstrates competency and can perform without supervision all procedures required in adult ICU, Peds, Emergency Room, and Special Care Nursery/NICU. Performs diagnostic studies on patients as designated by department policy and/or by physician order. Initiates and monitors, invasive and all non-invasive arterial blood gas measurement monitors. Consults with Physicians, RN’s, other Health care professionals and participates in daily patient rounds for assigned area to promote consistent quality and delivery of patient care. Demonstrates clinical competence and implements appropriate actions to respond to needs of patients and family members. Monitors and documents the patient response to therapeutic interventions and progress toward outcomes. Completes all documentation for patient charting in compliance with standards for accuracy and content as established by the department and NM. Services as a resource and role model for new staff, students and other NM personnel and assists with precepting and orienting. Demonstrates teamwork by helping co-workers and across departments. Communicates effectively with others and works collaboratively with all hospital services to responsibly accomplish daily work and maintain an environment of excellence. Responsible for meeting all the department’s expectations for all age group and participate in huddles and is aware of information shared in e-mails and other form of communications. Manages work Schedule efficiently by completing timely documentation, cleans and sets up equipment and enters accurate billing and charges for provided services. Job Description Generate, audit and submit shipping information from various sources into SAP for complete supply chain visibility.
Includes all processes from container setup through release of goods and delivery to Distribution Centers.

Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of information security professionals, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Serve as an escalation point for team members for technical, operational, and risk‑based security decisions.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and security awareness across the team.
Security Operations & Incident Management Oversee day‑to‑day security operations, including monitoring, detection, response, and remediation activities.
Support and manage security incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, remediation, and post‑incident reviews.
Ensure on‑call and monitoring coverage models are defined, maintained, and effective.
Metrics, Reporting, and Program Effectiveness Define and maintain security metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and maturity of the security program.
Track and report progress against operational goals, KPIs, SLAs, and security initiatives.
Provide clear, executive‑ready reporting on security posture, incidents, and trends.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance Enforce and continuously refine information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Partner with internal stakeholders to assess security risk and drive remediation of identified gaps.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring evidence, controls, and processes are documented and operating effectively.
Strategy & Cross‑Functional Partnership Collaborate with senior security leadership to execute the information security roadmap and long‑term strategy.
Work closely with IT infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure security requirements are embedded into projects and operations.
Provide security input and guidance for new technologies, systems, and architectural changes.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Certification / Licensure Work Experience 5+ years of experience in information security, with demonstrated experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management.
2+ years of experience leading or managing technical security teams.
Strong understanding of security controls, monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response practices.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong knowledge of information security operations, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation workflows.
Working knowledge of security controls, technologies, and operational processes across infrastructure, applications, and identity platforms.
Ability to lead and manage a mixed team of security analysts and engineers, balancing operational demands with project execution.
Proven skill in incident triage, escalation, and risk‑based decision making in high‑pressure operational scenarios.
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of security initiatives and operational improvements.
Ability to define, track, and report on operational metrics, KPIs, and remediation progress.
Experience enforcing security policies, standards, and procedures in an enterprise environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical security issues to both technical teams and leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain operational discipline, and deliver consistent results.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification / Licensure Additional certifications such as CISSP, CSSP, or CISM.
Work Experience 7+ years of experience in information security, with demonstrated experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management.
3+ years of experience leading or managing technical security teams.
Strong understanding of security controls, monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response practices.
Proven ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

- $174,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
