The Registrar Services Representative position works behind the scenes to complete transcript evaluations, graduation audits, records review, student registration, and various stretch assignments supporting the Registrar Services department and institutional partners.
Responsibilities
- Works independently on assigned tasks while meeting productivity and performance expectations.
- Provides student and stakeholder support, directly and/or indirectly, to internal and external stakeholders by upholding service level agreements.
- Masters operational systems to perform daily tasks and functions while becoming familiar with program and degree requirements offered by institutional partners.

Knowles seeks a motivated and creative individual to work in a fast-paced, market-oriented R&D team environment, developing MEMS technology for microphones and related mobile platform applications. A strong preference will be given to individuals with experience in MEMS process integration/process transfer and characterization of MEMS devices. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interface with MEMS wafer foundry partners to execute on new product introductions (NPI) work.
- The basic concepts of the semiconductor foundry processes are a must requirement.
- Fast-reacted and responsible for any new issues and work closely with foundry suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to understand issues and drive the root cause for each issue to achieve a stable high volume mass production products.
- Create and analyze statistically designed experiments to effectively evaluate process corners to identify major risks and ensure margin for high volume applications.
- Develop and implement techniques for gathering and analyzing large data sets to identify currently unknown relationships between in-line metrics and final device performance.
- Candidate with Failure analysis skills (SEM, FIB, TEM, SIMS, FTIR, Raman, etc.) is plus.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

What You’ll Do
NPI Sourcing Analyst – Role is responsible for driving sourcing strategy and supplier engagement for new product introductions within a defined region (i.e. North America). This role owns regional sourcing while partnering globally to ensure cost, capacity, risk, and localization objectives are met from concept through product launch. The position balances NPI execution with long-term regional supply base development and strategic sourcing initiatives.

New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Lead regional sourcing activities for new products from concept through launch and ramp-up.
- Engage regional and global suppliers early in the design phase to support DFM, DFC, and supplier-led innovation.

- Ensure supplier readiness for prototype, pilot, and production ramp within the region.
Regional Strategic Sourcing

Supplier Management & Development

Estimate machining time and resources needed for jobs.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain documentation related to programs, setups, and process improvements.
Ensure machines are producing parts consistently, efficiently, and within specification.
Qualifications Hands‑on experience with 5 and 6 axis CNC machining equipment.
Strong CNC programming knowledge and proficiency with CAD/CAM platforms.
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and 3D models.
Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling, and metalworking processes.
Strong math skills, including algebra and trigonometry.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically about workflow.
Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Mechanically inclined with experience in a machine shop environment.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical certification or degree in CNC programming, machining technology, mechanical technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience with CNC program creation, machine setup, and multi‑axis machining operations.
Knowledge of machine tools, electronics, and shop safety practices.
