We're looking for a reliable and meticulous Packager to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure the quality and accuracy of our food products by moving them from the filler line to the prep area for distribution. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, and your ability to multitask and prepare shipments properly will be key to your success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, sorting, and placing materials
• Preparing shipments
• Moving products using manual or motorized equipment

This role is temporary - all employees within this role have the opportunity to apply for a Permanent Position after 120 days.

Shift Information

• Saturday and Sunday - 6 pm to 6 am
• Min of 1 weekday shift (8 hours)
• Hourly Wage: $18.50
• Shift Differential: 10% for hours worked 6 pm to 10 pm. 15% for hours worked 10 pm to 6 am.

• Work on the assigned line to assist with the packaging of yogurt containers by way of machine and/or hand packing.

• Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with outgoing employees.
• Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
• Trained to operate a pallet jack. \"We will train you if you don't have experience operating pallet jacks\".

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Production Supervisor based in Brattleboro, VT.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for maximizing productivity and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by managing and directing filler and packaging employees on assigned shifts. Key duties include planning and overseeing daily tasks, resolving operational roadblocks and employee concerns, and strictly enforcing all safety and quality protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies. This position drives operational excellence by adhering to Continuous Improvement (CI) processes and the Management Operating Structure (MOS), requiring collaboration with other departments. The role reports to the Production Manager, Filling & Packing.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm to 10pm

• Provide direction, leadership, and development for direct reports, including training, coaching, performance management, and handling employee relations issues.
• Implement and enforce all safety programs and safe work practices, actively participating in plant safety initiatives.

• Fulfill managerial responsibilities, including planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and delegating tasks across the team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Fill Pack and Material Handling employees, up to 20 employees in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Travel may be required occasionally.

A Teller Rotating will work in various branch offices in a defined geographical area. A Teller is responsible to create and deliver a positive customer experience while conducting financial transactions. This position requires an individual with a positive attitude, who is a team player, and who is able to actively listen for customer financial needs in order to refer them to the appropriate bank product or bank representative. A Relationship Banking Representative is responsible to deliver a positive customer experience to current and prospective bank customers. The person in this position will routinely move between the customer service desk and teller area, as needed. Duties and Responsibilities As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000 workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity.

Qualifications You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education.

Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership.

Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement.
