Seeking a Household Manager/ Executive Personal Assistant to manage the property and personal activities for 2 owners of a family business/family office. Their primary residence and business offices are in the Novi/Northville, MI area with a property in Northern Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the COO for the family - Identify, plan and execute day to day activities.
- Plan larger projects (many of which involve refurbishing, decorating or building) and create and manage budgets and timelines.
- Lead and manage a virtual team of resources and contractors.
- Coordinate business and personal activities and events including conferences, team events, travel and social/charitable events.
- Lead a weekly meeting with owners to give updates on issues, priorities, etc.
- Organize, maintain and manage the day-to-day operations of the properties, autos, boat, etc. Keep track of supplies and replenish.
- Maintain inventories of important items and furnishings as well as a seasonal calendar of activities.
- Work in a professional office, assisting peers with real estate activities.
Requirements and skills:
- 3-5 years work experience supporting business owners or working in the luxury service industry, with strong property management, building repair and minor construction skills.

- Exceptional organizational, anticipation, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to organize and lead, as well as perform smaller tasks such as pickups, deliveries, etc.

Occupational Therapist, PRN Position $35-$50 hour

Sign On Bonus:
A $1,000 bonus will be paid after the first 12 weeks of employment, and an additional $2,000 will be paid after the second 12 weeks.

Qualifications:

Partners with community officials, businesses and senior outreach programs to develop initiatives that will appropriately drive new patient growth.
Schedules one-on-one sales meetings, referral relationships with Plan agents, independent brokers and the senior community to delivers solutions on immediate customer requests. Manages vendors as related to event planning and negotiating contracts with venues where events are taking place.
Ensures insurance agents and/or brokers are invited to community events to ensure timely patient assignment to ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers.
Learns to use marketing and sales tools to identify solutions and sell to new customers. Maintains up-to-date client information in designated customer relationship management (CRM) tool (i.e., SalesForce). Utilizes CRM tool to document interactions with clients and ensures effective management of leads.
Provides monthly activity calendar reflecting community access points and new tabletop venues. Creates penetration plans and initiatives in key target markets and channels.
Recovers dormant customers via sales tools and marketing campaigns.
Drives new member growth by appropriately educating potential patients on our value proposition and healthcare model. Delivers prescribed presentation in front of large audiences.
Develops distribution channels to support new patient enrollment growth. Uses all sales tools provided to ensure efficiency and collection of pertinent data.

PAY RANGE:
$38,509 - $55,013 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. - Measures ROM, length and girth of body parts, vital signs, and MMT (manual muscle tests) to assist Physical Therapist in evaluating program participants and/or to determine the effectiveness of the program plan
- Confers with staff members and other health care members to exchange, discuss and evaluate program participant information for modifying and coordinating current treatment program and participate in treatment planning with trans-disciplinary team as requested.
- Ensures adherence to accreditation standards, licensure standards, professional code of ethics, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrates knowledge of indications and contra-indications of physical therapy modalities and techniques.
- Asses PT equipment and has a good working knowledge of physical therapy equipment and therapeutic exercise treatments.
