Overall, the Property Manager is responsible for all facets of the property(s) in his/her portfolio (approximately 735,283 sq. ft), and s/he has a responsibility to ensure the property is managed according to The RMR Group's established procedures. Responsibilities

Building Operations:

  • Maintain and develop written standard operating procedures for building operations.
  • Ensure that mechanical/electrical system maintenance is being performed.
  • Life Safety issues including proper training of building staff and a written record of all testing and alarm activations.
  • Follow Risk Management guidelines as defined by The RMR Group's Director of Risk Management.
  • Ensure that tenant services are provided according to all lease documents.
  • Oversee all construction/tenant improvements (including proper documentation).

Qualifications

The hiring range for this position is $20.81 to $26.01 hourly. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience. The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan-o-grams
