- Reporting to the restaurant general manager, our cashiers are the guest service experts (GSE) that champion better burgers! In this role you will:

The Line Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day overall management of the FBO line service operations including the fuel farm, quality assurance, its personnel, inventories, properties, equipment, and the adherence to our company policies and procedures and safety standards for the departments staff and our clients and guests.

Responsible for line service staffing and actively participates in performing the line service functions. Plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the FBO operations in accordance with Hawthorne Global Aviation Services, governmental and environmental agencies policies and regulations. Coordination with management, other departments, manufacturers and customers in matters of overriding importance. Supports the development of pricing schedules and rates for any relevant ground handling services provided. Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.
The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

- Responsible
- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assist attorneys in all aspects of transactional and corporate matters, under attorney supervision. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and filing formation and dissolution documents with the Illinois Secretary of State and other jurisdictions
- Obtaining certificates of good standing and certified copies from appropriate agencies
- Preparing and submitting applications for federal employer identification numbers (EINs)
- Assisting with all aspects of deal closings (including preparation of signature pages, closing certificates, and drafting/filing of local, state, and federal documents under attorney supervision)
- Compiling and maintaining corporate records and minute books
- Preparing and filing qualification and withdrawal applications
- Preparing stock certificates, resolutions, and related corporate governance documents
