Contact Center Modernization – Organizational Design Consultant

A large U.S. health agency is modernizing its contact centers to improve 24/7 virtual access to high-quality care. Advisory and implementation services are being provided to support this effort and facilitate large-scale adoption.

Role Overview

The Org Design Consultant is responsible for supporting the development of the target organizational design for the modernized contact center, including the design and implementation of future-state organizational structures, governance frameworks, reporting lines, and decision-making rights. The consultant will also contribute to key organization design activities, including clarifying roles, accountabilities, and ownership within the new organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and documentation of current and target-state organizational structures, ensuring comprehensive org charts, roles/responsibilities matrices, and governance models.
• Synthesize and communicate insights from org design activities, including workforce mapping, gap analysis, and structure optimization, through presentations, status reports, and analysis delivered to VA leadership and project collaborators.

Required Qualifications

How You'll Contribute:

A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes. The SPM will act as the person responsible for their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for team participants, managing deliverables from the consulting team, and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is constantly managing the forces of change in every project environment. Balancing schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and client satisfaction are a very complex set of variables.

This role will manage a broad policy portfolio, starting with serving our defense and aerospace

members, and companies focused on critical and emerging technologies with a defense lens.

The successful candidate will have a strategic vision for enhancing U.S.-India defense relations across

government-to-government initiatives such as the U.S.-India COMPACT (Catalyzing

Opportunities for Military Partnership, Accelerated Commerce & Technology), U.S.-India

SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive Senior Associate, Building Science Knowledge Systems, who will support and help manage projects that strengthen the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) ability to assemble, store, and disseminate codes, standards, performance criteria, and best practices in the built environment. Our goal is to make knowledge easier to access and understand so that buildings are safer, more efficient, and more innovative. This role will own defined project workstreams and support multi-stakeholder projects to ensure alignment with client goals, scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The Senior Associate will coordinate with internal team members and subcontractors, contribute to clear communication and reporting, and help ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects and workstreams with emphasis on building technology and innovation.
• Draft and maintain project workplans and schedules for assigned projects and workstreams.
• Support defining and documenting project scope, deliverables, KPIs, and success criteria; maintain trackers and dashboards for performance reporting.
• Support budget, schedule, and resource management for assigned projects; assist with Estimate to Complete (ETC), forecasting, and status reporting; flag variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify, track, and help mitigate tasks, project risks, and client relationship risks; escalate issues as needed.
