GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Manager of AI Enablement (Senior) leads the development and execution of Element Care’s internal approach to artificial intelligence. This role defines AI standards, policies, and best practices while enabling staff across the organization to adopt AI safely, ethically, and effectively. Reporting to the IT department, this position acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and end users, shaping AI governance, vendor strategy, training, and enterprise enablement.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Define and maintain organizational AI standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

•    Lead the deployment of off-the-shelf AI solutions, including ambient documentation, predictive analytics, administrative automation, and clinical decision support tools.

•    Enable responsible use of generative AI across administrative and operational functions.

The Principal Product Engineer will learn the technical aspect of key product in the Andover, MA factory.  The Product Engineer will be product centric technical liaison, focused on driving collaboration across work centers and all disciplines to resolve technical issues, improve efficiencies and optimize overall product yield to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and systems. You will utilize data analysis, CORE methodologies, and technical understanding to maximize overall product test yield, efficiency, and value.

What You Will Do

• Address major yield and technical issues highlighted by tech leads and factory operation managers.

• Perform data analysis and provide direction for overall product yield and performance improvement.

• Facilitate collaboration across manufacturing work centers and design engineering.

• Empower production test engineer to resolve complex failures through data driven troubleshooting technique.

Contracts Legal Associate - Investment Management - Boston, MA

We are seeking candidates for a Contracts Legal Associate position with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. The Contracts Legal Associate will be a part of the Legal & Compliance Global Delivery and Enablement team, supporting contracting and documentation initiatives related to client platform activities. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while contributing to process improvement and the development of technology-enabled solutions, including AI-driven tools, to enhance contracting efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of paralegal and contract experience within the financial services industry.

This is a 6-month contract position that will pay $40-48/hour (depending on experience). This position supports a hybrid work model, onsite 4 days per week in their Boston office.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate investment management agreements, amendments, ancillary documents, RFP responses, and non-disclosure agreements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for advisory legal teams, business development, and relationship management partners
