What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Multi-Media Account Executive, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients and prospects. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns, leveraging your network to grow revenue, and guiding clients through complex buying decisions across a full suite of solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and manage a book of business with a strong focus on new revenue generation

Essential Functions:
1. Communicates and demonstrate a professional image/attitude for patients, families, clients, athletic directors, coaches, coworkers, and others.
2. Provides high quality care to athletes/patients to include prevention, immediate care, assessment, rehabilitation, referral and communication with providers. Including monitoring athletic activities and events for potential safety hazards or unsafe practices and notify the appropriate supervisor. Making appropriate recommendations to athletic directors or coaches pertaining to protective equipment. Develop individualized treatment plans as needed and appropriate interventions under the supervision of the Medical Director or athlete’s physician/provider. May provide onsite rehabilitation program at school or recommendation of therapy referral to outpatient facility.
5. Documentation in athlete Electronic Medical Record to include health status, injury, illness, immediate care, treatment, rehabilitation and/or encounters. Document in EPIC software the injury, treatment and encounter status of all student athletes for both home and away teams. Document at the beginning of each sports season all athletes’ demographic information, team/sport participation and grade. All Injuries to athletes must be documented in Epic within 7 days. New injuries or illnesses should be created in the “Unresolved Injuries” or “Unresolved Illness” section and must include date and time of injury, body part, side, type of injury, severity, mechanism of injury, and injured while at. The injury must be linked to the appropriate team & sport at the time of injury. Initial management and recommendations as well as relevant history of the injury must also be thoroughly documented on the “Unresolved Injuries” or “Unresolved Illnesses” page when the injury is created. Initial assessment must be added as a note with note type “Initial Injury Assessment” and should document your thorough assessment of each injury or illness to include, history, observation, palpation, ROM, MMT, Neuro Eval, special tests, and differential diagnosis.
6. Provide return‐to‐play guidance to athletes, coaches and parents/guardians following injury under the supervision of Medical Director/ physician/provider.

4. Registers patient. Reviews, verifies and corrects patient demographic and insurance information along with scanning current insurance cards into the patient’s confidential medical record.
5. Verify eligibility for major insurance carriers including but not limited to New York and Pennsylvania Medical Assistance to ensure accurate billing. Complete various types of insurance forms, pre‐certifications and referrals if applicable.
6. Possess the ability to inform, quote, and collect copayments, insurance deductibles, deposits, or unpaid balances at the time of registration as per Guthrie Medical Group, P.C. ‘s policies and guidelines if applicable.
7. Responsible for daily cash‐out and balancing in accordance with the Patient Cash Control Policy if applicable.
8. Performs liaison duties between patients, physicians, hospital staff, organizational departments, etc., keeping the departments fully aware of all necessary information. Keeps patients informed of any delays.
9. Adheres to departmental and organizational policies and attends meetings/huddles as required.
10. Requires the ability to prioritize daily tasks simultaneously in a fast‐paced, ever changing work environment within a strong team structure.

Position Summary:
Monitors departmental supplies and orders appropriately. Prepares work orders and maintains department files. Assists in maintaining control of inventory products by verifying, receiving, distributing and stocking items. Utilizes computer to post, receive, and update product information. Maintains warehouse in neat and orderly fashion. Assists management with perpetual inventories through cycle counts and physical inventories. Essential Functions:
1. Monitors departmental supplies and orders to maintain appropriate stock levels.
2. Maintains department filing system.
3. Verifies contents of delivered inventory and receives in MMIS system appropriately. Performs inventory updates, adjustments in MMIS system.
4. Restocks material management and direct inventory locations. Monitors outdates in par locations.
5. Performs physical inventories and cycle counts and assists in inventory audits.
6. Generates stock level reports and works with Supervisor to identify stock issues and opportunities.
7. Participates in the Performance Improvement Program by identifying areas in which Performance Improvement can be applied• Collecting and Organizing Performance Measurement Data• Participating on Performance Improvement Teams.
8. Maintains accurate information for requisitions and inventory counts. Communicates discrepancies, inventory problems to management.
9. Restocks in a timely manner.
10. Performs shipping functions utilizing Fedex, UPS, US Mail, or Common Carrier.
