• Comprehensive ENT care with a broad patient base

• Clinic Volume: 20–30 patients/day

• OR Locations: 3 surgical sites (Hospital, ASC, and Community Hospital)

• Support: Full audiology team + APPs + specialty collaboration (Endo, Allergy, Neuro, etc.)

• Call: Backup only – APPs take primary

We are seeking a senior Project Engineer III to join a leading heavy industrial engineering firm at the forefront of modular power generation solutions supporting next-generation digital infrastructure. This is a high-impact technical leadership role for an experienced boiler and steam generation engineer ready to apply their expertise to one of the fastest-growing sectors in energy — dedicated power generation for large-scale data center campuses.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, customers, A/E firms, vendors, sublet engineers, fabricators, and site erectors. Lead technical discussions during customer project meetings, manage engineering change control, monitor man-hour expenditures, and coordinate resolution of engineering errors and field issues through construction and commissioning of boiler and steam generation systems.

You'll own scope, cost, and schedule compliance on large and complex projects — including joint ventures, consortium arrangements, and extended-scope engagements — while mentoring junior project engineers and supporting continuous process improvement.

What We're Looking For

• BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology required
• 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience in boiler systems, steam generation, or fired equipment
• Direct hands-on experience with boiler design, specification, procurement, or commissioning
• ASME code knowledge (Section I, Section VIII) strongly preferred
• Strong multi-discipline engineering coordination background
• Proven experience interfacing directly with customers, A/E firms, and vendors in a technical capacity
• Full project lifecycle exposure: engineering through procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning
• Experience managing scope, cost, and schedule on complex projects
• PE license desirable
• HRSG, pressure vessel, or thermal systems experience a plus
• Joint venture or consortium project experience a plus
• Data center, mission critical, or rapidly deployed power generation experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — this role is highly customer-facing

Client & Visitor Experience

• Serve as a brand ambassador for SEIA through professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude
• Greet all visitors with genuine warmth, natural enthusiasm, and consistent eye contact
• Ensure accurate name pronunciation and greet visitors by name whenever possible
• Ask thoughtful questions that demonstrate sincere interest and familiarity with each visitor
• Create a welcoming environment that makes every client feel valued and at ease
• Offer hospitality services, including hanging coats and offering beverages (water, coffee, tea, soft drinks)
• Notify appropriate staff of client arrivals promptly and professionally

Telephone & Communication

• Answer incoming calls with a welcoming tone and voice inflection that conveys priority and care
• Maintain an upbeat, positive, and solution-oriented demeanor on every call
• Monitor and manage the general voicemail inbox and route messages appropriately

Office & Front Desk Operations

• Set the standard for professionalism and service excellence across the office

• Coordinate UPS shipments and operate shipping software
• Monitor, order, and restock office, facility, and equipment supplies
• Coordinate scheduling, setup, and upkeep of conference rooms

About the Role

Experienced Microsoft Developer designs, develops, maintains and supports web-based and Windows applications. Strong expertise in C#, VB6, and Microsoft SQL Server, and a solid understanding of both modern and legacy systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to enhance existing applications and build new solutions that meet evolving organizational needs.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows and web applications using Microsoft technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C# and VB6
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views and queries
• Maintain and modernize legacy VB6 Applications, including integration with newer systems
• Crystal Reports 10 experience and MS Access
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and end users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database issues
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Support deployments, upgrades, and ongoing production maintenance
• Create technical documentation for applications and processes

Education & Experience

• Four year degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field
• Strong experience with C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core)
• Proven experience supporting and enhancing VB6 Applications
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including:
• T-SQL
• Stored procedures
• Performance turning and indexing
• Experience with web development (ASP.NET, MVC, Web APLs, or similar)
• Experience developing Windows applications (WinForms and/or WPF)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Work Environment

This job is performed in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position with business hours Monday through Friday.
