Summary:

Essential Work Functions:
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition
- Administer complex medications and treatments in accordance with approved critical care nursing techniques
- Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments, addressing physical and emotional needs
- Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status
- Perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters
- Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations
- Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care

This is a high-impact technical leadership role for an experienced boiler and steam generation engineer ready to apply their expertise to one of the fastest-growing sectors in energy — dedicated power generation for large-scale data center campuses.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, customers, A/E firms, vendors, sublet engineers, fabricators, and site erectors. Lead technical discussions during customer project meetings, manage engineering change control, monitor man-hour expenditures, and coordinate resolution of engineering errors and field issues through construction and commissioning of boiler and steam generation systems.
You'll own scope, cost, and schedule compliance on large and complex projects — including joint ventures, consortium arrangements, and extended-scope engagements — while mentoring junior project engineers and supporting continuous process improvement.

Work Environment
This job is performed in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position with business hours Monday through Friday.
