Responsibilities:About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
- Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
- Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
- Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

- Consistency – Although we conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm, our full-time (FT) providers typically work Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.
- Competitive Pay – Earn an annual base salary ranging from $95,500 - $158,400 based on market compensation analysis and experience.
- Incentive Program – Eligible for FT Clinician Incentive Plan in support of leaving no patient behind which includes monthly (uncapped) and year end (up to $25K) incentive opportunities. In 2025, the average payout from this plan was $1,500 per month and $7,500 at year end, totaling $25,500 annually.

Job Summary
Patient Dining Associates work on assigned units in a healthcare facility, and provide services that include helping patients make menu selections, assemble, deliver and pick-up their meal trays. They are part of the caregiving team, responsible for patient safety and satisfaction goals by making sure meals are accurate and delivered at the right time and temperature.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure sure their orders comply with their nutritional requirements or restrictions.
Work with the caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for patients with food allergies and sensitivities; cultural, ethnic and religious preferences; or when a patient inquires about additional selections.
Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection in a timely and accurate manner. Retrieve trays from patient rooms at assigned times.
Complies with regulator agency standards, including federal, state and JCAHO. Adhere to facility confidentiality and the patient’s rights policy as outlined in the facility’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) policies and procedures.
Follows Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines when handling food, cleaning work stations and breaking down patient tray line.
Follows facility and department infection control policies and procedures.
Assist dietitians, such as helping monitor patients who cannot eat food through their mouth, are on liquid diets or have a specific calorie count to manage.
Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel in a timely manner, following department procedures.
Complete all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the Morrison Healthcare policies and procedures.

Job Summary
Summary: Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
Uses established ticket collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
Attends in-service and safety meetings.
Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Medical Equipment Technician
Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and all
- applicable governmental regulations.
- Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.
- Educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting.
- Complete required documentation following equipment setup, delivery or pickups as required.
- Assist with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions.
- Process all orders in a timely, accurate manner.
- Promote services and products to referral sources in the community as appropriate.
- Develop basic reimbursement knowledge and completely document all information necessary to ensure
- reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services.
- Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company policies.
- Maintain home oxygen systems through regularly scheduled visits to customers.
- Safely drive and maintain company vehicle.
- Perform patient assessment and re-assessment for patient care.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as required in accordance with
- company policies.
- Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and
- procedures.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company.
- Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours in accordance with company policy.
- Retain knowledge of and consistently adhere to procedures for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
- infection control and hazardous materials handling.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA.
- Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
- Maintains compliant with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program
- Responsible for cleaning equipment when assigned by supervisor or down time allows, following the Branch
- Maintenance and Cleaning Guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Entry level sales, customer service background essential
- One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be
- considered related experience and preferred.
- Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to stretch, bend, stoop and crouch and perform moderate to heavy physical labor while moving equipment and supplies.
- Subject to long periods of sitting and driving.
- Work environment may be stressful at times, as overall work activities and work levels fluctuate.
- May be exposed to unsanitary conditions in some home settings.
- May be exposed to hazardous materials, loud noise, extreme heat/cold, direct, or indirect contact with airborne, bloodborne, and/or other potentially infectious pathogen.
- May be exposed to high crime areas within the service community.
- Must be able to drive independently and travel as needed.
- May be exposed to angry or irate customers.
- Must be able to access the patient’s residence without assistance.
- Mental alertness to perform the essential functions of position.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with customers with the ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, courtesy, and respect for privacy.
