Major Areas of Accountability

Platform Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AEM-based marketing web platform capabilities, aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Lead modernization initiatives to evolve platform capabilities and retire legacy experiences
• Balance long-term platform strategy with immediate business requirements and stakeholder requests

Product Development & Requirements

• Gather and translate business requirements from marketing users, customers, and internal stakeholders into detailed feature specifications and user stories
• Partner with commercial engineering teams to deliver new platform features, providing business context and success criteria
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure features align with brand standards, compliance requirements and customer experience goals
• Work with web production specialists to ensure features are user-friendly for global content authors and include clear enablement materials

Platform Governance & Performance

• Own governance standards for the marketing web platform, ensuring consistency, stability, and compliance
• Drive platform performance initiatives including site speed, SEO optimization, and technical health
• Manage platform migrations, upgrades, and integrations with marketing systems and tools
• Ensure digital experiences meet accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG)

Stakeholder Collaboration & Guidance

• Serve as the primary contact for web platform capabilities, advising stakeholders on solutions within existing frameworks vs. new development needs
• Evaluate and triage feature requests, determining whether they can be solved through existing templates/components or require engineering investment
• Present roadmap updates and product plans to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Build strong partnerships across marketing, design, engineering, and production teams

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Use analytics to monitor platform performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Leverage data and user feedback to refine features and improve experiences
• Lead change management efforts as new capabilities roll out
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle

Platform & Business Acumen

• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring, components, templates, and workflows—particularly AEM as a Cloud Service
• Understanding of Content Management Systems and how they enable marketing experiences
• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and common integrations (analytics, personalization, CRM, marketing automation)
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and SEO best practices
• Understanding of the "Find and Learn" phase of the customer lifecycle and how digital experiences support discovery and engagement

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in content management, digital platforms, or marketing technology
• 7+ years of overall professional experience

Role Overview:

The Managing Director - Advisory Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and leading capSpire’s Advisory practice across North America.

Reporting to the Global Head of Advisory, this role carries primary accountability for Advisory growth in the region, including pipeline creation, senior client relationships, and shaping repeatable Advisory offerings that pull through broader capSpire services.

The core accountability of this role is to further expand the North American Advisory business. This includes:

• Creating and converting early-stage client conversations into Advisory engagements
• Establishing capSpire as a trusted advisor at the executive level (Trading, Risk, Operations, Technology)
• Ensuring Advisory work is team-based, repeatable, and commercially sound
• Developing talent and leadership capacity beneath you to support sustained growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and own the North American Advisory pipeline, converting early conversations into structured Advisory engagements.
• Develop and cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g. Heads of Trading, Risk, Operations, CIO/CTO).
• Shape Advisory propositions that address real client challenges across the commodity trading industry.
• Partner closely with other Practice Areas and commercial teams within capSpire to create pull-through opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically distributed Advisory team, ensuring strong performance, professional development, and a consistent culture across regions.
• Lead or oversee complex Advisory engagements across multiple clients, ensuring outcomes are clear, pragmatic, and aligned to client priorities.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and intellectual integrity across all Advisory work.
• Contribute to capSpire’s market positioning through thought leadership, client events, and targeted content.
• Represent capSpire Advisory externally as a credible, practitioner-led voice in commodity trading and technology transformation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 14+ years of experience across commodity trading, energy markets, and/or trading technology.
• Proven experience leading Advisory or consulting engagements at the senior client level.
• Strong understanding of trading organizations, the trade lifecycle, risk management, and supporting technology landscapes (including C/ETRM).
• Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and convert consulting opportunities.
• Experience leading and developing consulting teams across geographies.
• Credibility with both business and technology leaders.
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain trusted relationships.
• Established network within the commodity trading industry.

Seeking an experienced On-Site Service Engineer (OSE) to support enterprise data center and server environments, including next-generation AI platforms. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on maintaining uptime, resolving complex hardware issues, and delivering outstanding on-site service. Prior AI experience is not required—strong data center and server fundamentals are what matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Provide on-site support for Dell server and data center systems, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime
• Perform hardware maintenance including server builds, swaps, component replacements, and firmware updates
• Troubleshoot system issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems, escalating when appropriate
• Support both reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers during service events to ensure clear communication and resolution
• Document work performed and contribute to shared knowledge and best practices
• Participate in on-call rotations and support extended coverage when needed

What You Bring

• Experience supporting servers or data center hardware in a field, enterprise, or customer-facing environment
• Hands-on skills with server components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.)
• Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently on-site and communicating clearly with customers
• Willingness to learn and support emerging technologies, including AI platforms

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or data center roles
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Dell or other vendor certifications are a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, travel to customer sites, and support flexible/on-call schedules

• Monitor and review corporate infrastructure (network, hardware, and cloud) for security risks, vulnerabilities, and performance trends.
• Perform and support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (internal and external), producing actionable findings and remediation recommendations.
• Review compliance scan results (e.g., Nessus) and validate remediation of findings and system patches.
• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices across IT systems.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to support adherence to organizational security standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify, evaluate, and respond to emerging security threats.
• Support SOX compliance efforts by maintaining IT controls, evidence, and documentation.
• Maintain security configurations for cloud infrastructure, including enforcing and auditing conditional access policies.
• Plan and execute attack simulations and phishing tests to assess security readiness and improve response strategies.
• Utilize SIEM, MDR, and endpoint protection tools (e.g., Huntress, ThreatLocker) to enhance threat detection and response.
• Develop, maintain, and execute incident response and disaster recovery procedures as needed.
• Prepare periodic security summaries, metrics, and reports with findings and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual monitoring, alerting, or reporting tasks.
• Partner with IT and business teams on projects that impact system and data security.
• Support IT General Controls for enterprise systems and respond to internal and external audit inquiries.
• Assist with annual reviews of IT controls, narratives, and process documentation.
• Support PCI-DSS annual assessments with external assessors and maintain compliance documentation.
• Participate in annual penetration testing activities and track remediation of findings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on organizational needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in information security, infrastructure, or related technology roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting security operations, controls, or compliance initiatives.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CySA+, CEH, or CISM preferred.
• Strong understanding of network and cloud security risks and controls.
• Working knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
