This position supports Patient Data Intake (PDI) organization to achieve its mission of improving patient lives through consistent and accurate delivery of high quality, relevant, and timely adverse event and product quality management by providing effective oversight of external providers of Pharmacovigilance services.
Major Responsibilities:

* Conducting oversight of vendors who identify and collect adverse event information and complete intake of Pharmacovigilance safety reports in Safety System.
Conducting oversight of vendors who identify and collect product quality complaint information and complete intake of Product Quality reports in Product Quality System.
* Conducting oversight of vendors to ensure collection, assessment, and processing of adverse event and product quality complaint information is performed in a compliant and timely manner to comply with global regulations.
* Supporting the business strategy of assisting internal and external customers in collecting information for product safety reports and products complaints related to products.
* Conducting oversight of vendors to ensure company standards for quality, compliance and productivity are met. Remaining current on knowledge and skills required for supporting customers.
* Supporting vendor case quality and productivity metrics by exhibiting the core leadership attributes: Agile and Accountable; Clear and Courageous; Make Possibilities Real; All for One ; Decide Smart and Sure.
* Supporting and participating in audits and inspections as needed.
* Supporting development of materials and delivering training in conjunction with the vendor, including train-the-trainer, special-topics, refresher, and internal trainings as needed.
* Conducting oversight to ensure the vendor is effectively communicating using various mediums and establishing rapport with customers, colleagues, and interdepartmental groups.
* Conducting oversight in the vendors use of multiple databases to document adverse event and product complaint information.
* Supporting implementation of strategies to enhance PDI excellence in providing the highest level of customer experience.
* Acting as an adverse event and product complaint intake subject matter expert.
* Gaining knowledge and expertise to initiate mentoring opportunities of other specialists in PDI.
* Participating in projects/assignments in coordination with management.

Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree with related health sciences background. Nursing or Pharmacy preferred
3-6 years clinical healthcare and previous pharmaceutical industry experience. Pharmaceutical industry contact center experience preferred
Provides medical support with emphasis on the intake of medical product experiences and processing standard communication requests. Acts as a liaison with Quality Assurance for product quality problems where an adverse event is involved. Works with Customer Service to provide standard information and product replacement as necessary. Provides assistance to the medical and lay community with standard information that is from the package insert or information from the standard letter database that deals with labeled and specific off-label information/indications.

Description
As a member of the Maintenance team this role is responsible for effectively troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on CNC equipment including aligning equipment and reading schematics. Be familiar with milling and turning equipment. This role is an hourly (non-exempt) classified position.
Pay Range: $45 to $55 per hour
Position Requirements
- Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines
- Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines
- Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws.
- Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 Axis
- Electrical & Electronic: Diagnose, locate and correct malfunctions of electrical & electronic system such as machine controls, recorders, servo/axis drives, servo motors, defective transformers, relays, contactors, fuses, sensors, etc.
- Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and NIT).

Description
The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. This role is accountable for achieving senior-level competence Plans and presents engineering program and product design reviews for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Develops and requests design and specification change releases. Assesses and communicates impact of engineering initiatives to functional groups. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced technical depth, measurable impact on production performance, and the ability to mentor mid-level and entry-level engineers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is classified as Exempt for FLSA purposes and reports to the Engineering Manager.
Pay Range: $110,00.00 to $137,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
- Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
- Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.
- Establish and validate operational standard hours using time studies and process analysis; drive accuracy in routing and capacity planning assumptions.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and model-based definitions to ensure manufacturability; translate design requirements into controlled shop-floor documentation.
- Train and mentor operators and junior engineers on manufacturing methods, process controls, and quality standards; elevate overall technical capability of the team.
- Lead productivity and cost-reduction initiatives through Lean principles, waste elimination, and process optimization; quantify and report measurable performance improvements.
- Develop, validate, and industrialize manufacturing processes for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring processes meet defined capability, repeatability, and quality targets prior to production release.

Position Requirements

Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection, documentation, and certification of critical components throughout the production process, including parts subject to flight safety requirements. This role ensures compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements through precise measurement and rigorous recordkeeping.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs various inspection activities utilizing precision inspection equipment at all phases of product manufacturing. Uses GD&T concepts, customer supplied specifications, and internal standards, to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other regulatory requirements.
Pay Range: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
Position Requirements
- Read and understand complex engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications
- Compare recorded measurements to blueprint dimensions and tolerances and notify specified persons of discrepancies using NCF and MRB process
- Familiarity with the use of various inspection and measurement equipment, i.e. CMM, FARO Arm, Borescope, Optical Comparator, etc. preferred
- Strong understanding of units of measure and applicability to GD&T principles

What Youll Do
As a Personal Care Attendant / Home Care Aide, youll provide hands-on support that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for clients in their homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
- Providing grooming support (hair care, shaving, skin care, nail filing)
- Helping with toileting and incontinence care
- Safely transferring clients (bed, chair, wheelchair, shower, vehicle)
- Assisting with dressing and mobility
- Turning and repositioning to prevent bed sores
- Supporting ambulation and range-of-motion exercises
- Providing medication reminders (non-administration only)
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
- Documenting care provided and using simple technology for clock-in/out and care plans
Youll play a vital role in helping clients feel safe, respected, and cared for every day.
Requirements:
What Were Looking For
To qualify, you must:
- Be currently registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) in California
- Have a valid California drivers license
- Maintain valid auto insurance in your name
- Have a reliable personal vehicle
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Pass a background check and Live Scan
- Provide negative TB test results at time of hire
- Complete required orientation and state training
Were also looking for caregivers who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Strong communicators
- Physically capable of performing hands-on personal care
- Comfortable using basic mobile technology
Physical Requirements
This position is physically active and requires the ability to safely perform personal care tasks, including:
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 30 pounds independently
- Assisting with client transfers using proper body mechanics and transfer equipment
- Supporting partial weight-bearing clients
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching
- Assisting clients in and out of beds, chairs, wheelchairs, bathtubs, and vehicles
- Repositioning clients in bed
- Performing repetitive movements associated with personal care tasks
- Maintaining physical stamina throughout assigned shifts
- Caregivers must be able to safely respond in urgent or emergency situations and perform all duties in a safe, professional manner.
Compensation details: 18.5-21 Hourly Wage
