RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
- Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
- Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
- Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
- Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
- HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
- Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software

McLean Contracting Company is seeking a Regional Surveyor/Party Chief to join our team in the Baltimore, MD region. The Party Chief will plan, direct, coordinate and calculate surveying needs for heavy civil marine construction projects.
Essential Duties
- Possesses the ability to perform geometrical and mathematical calculations. In depth knowledge of advanced survey equipment; responsible for the selection, care and maintenance of all survey equipment.
- Provide and maintain horizontal and vertical survey control, including all calculations, and maintain organized documentation of survey notes. Provides document control for all work.
- Demonstrates ability to perform layout and surveying, while providing leadership to direct Field Engineers as an instrument man or rodman. Ability to train and mentor Field Engineers and other members on calculations and documentation.
- Ability to manage and coordinate schedule to with operations.
Qualification and Education
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology and/or advanced coursework in Surveying highly valued.
- 5 years experience in heavy civil construction environment, marine experience a plus.

The practice is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center, providing enhanced access to health care services for all members of the community, and allowing the practice to employ providers holding H-1B and J-1 visas.
For over 20 years Health Center has provided care to a service area population numbering about 35,000 people. Health Center has a dedicated, volunteer Board of Directors, and strong, supportive relationships with the Medical Center. " The successful candidate will join two OB/GYN's, and two Certified Nurse Midwives in providing compassionate, high-quality care to obstetrical and gynecological patients drawn from multiple communities.
" The leader of deliveries, north of Bangor Maine, with over 200 deliveries annually
" High-risk mothers and neonates are referred for delivery to Medical Center in Bangor.
" The Women's & Children's Health Center is located downstairs from the Medical Center, providing inside access within minutes to the labor/delivery/postpartum unit of the hospital.
" Hospital's OB unit and team are award winning and have a well-earned reputation as the warmest, friendliest and most desirable place to deliver babies north of Bangor. For the 6th year, Hospital earned the 2021 Women's Choice Award as one of America's Best Hospitals for Patient Experience.
" Specialists available in offices include urology, orthopedic and general surgery, and ophthalmology.
" Access to Medical Center outpatient clinics including diabetes counseling and nutritional therapy
Expectations - provide high quality, compassionate and efficient outpatient and inpatient care. The successful candidate will be able to work closely and effectively with mid-level providers, be able to participate in marketing the OB/Gyn programs to increase volumes and be interested in continuing to advance the use of technology and techniques in gynecologicalsurgical care.
