Responsibilities:

The Customer Account Representative is the first point of contact for many of Client's customers. They are responsible for delivering a world-class service and support the business by responding to customer enquiries, updating the business systems, collaborating internally to communicate the customer needs and support meeting their demand. By utilizing the Client's High Performance System, the Customer Account Representative will serve as the primary interface responsible for ensuring the most efficient and positive relationship with Client's customers, ensuring MRP data integrity, and expeditious resolution of customer assertions. The role will report into Senior Customer Account Manager.

JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Customer Account Representative is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and entering purchase orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system as well as ensuring proper requirements flow down

* Raising quotes and customer documentation, prioritizing workload to ensure the customer receives an excellent service at all times.

* Respond to various customer emails and phone calls to manage their orders and enquiries; the Customer Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact by customers" buyers and supply chain personnel.

* Coordinate site visits to Client's facilities and set-up customer meetings as required

* Refer any pricing queries to the Senior Customer Account Representative and/or the Commercial functions to ensure accurate pricing is applied.

* Track and reconcile open order reports as well as internal and external customer scorecards, which includes verification of the metrics by which Client is judged

* Produce costing sheets in collaboration with colleagues from Procurement, Demand Planning and Manufacturing departments as required in order producing accurate quotes

* Use SAP product recognition to identify runner/repeater parts and what can be sold to the customer, as well as checking lead times. For any stranger/alien parts raise the relevant enquiry process.

* Collaboratively track customer returns through the rework process

* Monitor and actively manage customer portals to ensure prices, quantities, lead times and contract terms are acceptable in accordance with authority delegated by appropriate functional leaders (i.e., Finance, Commercial, and Operations)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field

Years Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience

SKILLS:

* Aware of the regulations pertaining to the products and customers for which the employee is responsible (i.e., FAR, DFARS, DEFCONS, etc.)

* Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Plans, designs and implements manufacturing processes and improvements.
• Analyze layout of equipment, workflow assembly methods, work force utilization and establishing a manufacturing schedule
• Identifies parts and tooling needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques including value stream mapping, set-up time reduction, process improvements and overall waste reduction
• Participate in MRB to assess non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions on parts and processes
• Evaluate new and existing processes to ensure safety and quality
• Review new and existing designs and provide design for manufacturing input to the design engineering team.
• Consult with vendors in evaluating solutions for meeting product specifications, quality standards and specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and processes that are negatively impacting ability to achieve KPI’s
• Review assembly, test procedures, and provide constructive feedback to members of the product design team, as well as research and present recommendations for cost saving initiatives.
• Execute Process FMEA and develop procedures to mitigate risk during assembly and testing
• Participate in MRB, assess and disposition non-conformances, conduct failure analysis
• Drive initiatives to achieve customer return reduction, capitalize project timelines, MRB reduction, YOY productivity improvements, and direct labor variance reduction.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of drafting to ASME Y14.1000 and GD&T to ASME Y14.5 standards
• A hands-on, “get it done” attitude
• Strong communication and leadership ability
• Understanding of electromechanical hardware

+ Proven experience selling **Ethernet, Layer 1-3 test equipment, BERTs, traffic generators, or analyzers** (e.g., Keysight, Viavi, Spirent, EXFO, etc.).

+ Strong understanding of **Ethernet protocols, PHY/SerDes, and Layer 1-3 technologies** (100G, 400G, 800G, 1.6T).

+ Ability to engage both technically and strategically with engineers, managers, and executives.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Client Advisor you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).

Your role as a Payroll Client Advisor is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.

During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.

East Ventura County employer is seeking an experienced Lathe programmer/ machinist to Program, Setup and operate 2, 3, 5 and 6 axis Lathes.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Program, set up Lathe/Mill machines and offset tools to create First Article components
  
• Ensures product is machined per customer specifications and ships within the timeframe allotted
  
• Machine Print-to-Part products
  
• Performs Live Tooling on machines
  
• Ensure traceability of the work completed per AS9100 standards
  
• Will self inspect first product run, complex proto-type and machined parts using appropriate tools in order to ensure quality products
  
• Detects and reports defective materials
  
• Work with vendors and purchsing to order materials/parts, tooling and supplies as needed for daily operations
  
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as required
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 5+ years of prior programming experience and/or combination of experience and education
  
• Prior machinist experience operating Lathes and Mills (experience on Doosan machines a definite plus)
  
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident per ITAR definition
  
• Previous experience using GibbsCam machining software is a must
