Job Summary

Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

There would also be a large amount of prospecting and cold calling responsibilities. Manage all pricing and account strategies. Requirements: 3+ years of experience selling raw material chemicals or industrial supplies, preferably to the composites manufacturing markets. Experience selling raw material chemicals, adhesives, coatings, materials, etc. is also a fit. Sales experience with a distributor is a plus. If you have production experience in composites or fiberglass and have a desire to get into sales, this is also a potential fit. A bachelor’s degree is desired but not a requirement. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-volume surgical group that prioritizes work-life balance. Unlike many neurosurgical roles, this practice focuses on 100% elective surgery, meaning you will not be burdened with heavy trauma call or grueling hospital schedules.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NICU Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with a genuine desire to improve the health and lives of neonates. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our smallest and most vulnerable patients, while also offering support and education to their families. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment that is as rewarding as it is challenging.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonates, including those requiring ventilator support, CPAP/HFNC management, phototherapy management, and thermoregulation & incubator care.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to monitor the health of neonates, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Implement and manage neonatal resuscitation protocols as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to formulate, implement, and evaluate a plan of care for each patient.
- Educate and support families, helping them understand their child's condition, treatment plan, and future care needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation, including clinical charting.
- Participate in emergency response and rapid stabilization efforts, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patients.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as nursing best practices and standards of care.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a NICU Nurse.
- Current certification in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Demonstrated proficiency in ventilator management, CPAP/HFNC management, phototherapy management, thermoregulation & incubator care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide family education & support.
- Experience with EMR documentation and clinical charting.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, demonstrating sound judgement and rapid stabilization skills.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to nursing, with a strong commitment to providing the highest level of care to neonates and their families.
