The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. • Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition

• Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status
• Perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters

• Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations

This facility is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiology physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Must have an AZ license
• Looking for locals or drive-in candidates at this time.
• Schedule: 7:30a-5p Monday-Friday starting As Soon As Possible
• Current open shifts: -Dec 22-24, 26 and Jan 2
• Sporadic coverage as need in 2026
• Locum will not handle high-acuity cases like heart transplants, LVADs or ECMO.
• Must have fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia
• TEE certification is required and Board-certified in Echo
• Types of Cases: Locum will see a mix of cardiac cases to include vascular, thoracic and general. Although most cases will be primarily Cardiovascular Operating Room/Cath Lab cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days. May be able to expedite for 2025 coverage.

Cochrane Supply is an award-winning, internationally recognized technology company distributing Building Automation and IIoT products. Due to growth, Cochrane Supply is seeking a full-time Senior Account Executive for the Phoenix, AZ area. This position is primarily responsible for managing client accounts, fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. They play a crucial role in understanding client needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with regional teams to maximize opportunities and execute sales operations
• Create detailed business plans to attain predetermined goals and quotas
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to long term accounts
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Present products to prospective clients
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
• Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to maintain the company’s reputation
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Maintain inside sales proficiencies
• Support branch operations in region

Hours, Salary, and Location:

Full time position, typically 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Salary negotiable and based on experience. Position will be fully-remote, with business in the Phoenix, AZ market. Must reside in Phoenix, AZ area.

Necessary Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in HVAC, Temperature Control or Building Automation Systems
• 3+ years' experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to quickly learn and retain new concepts
• Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
• High degree of organization, accuracy, and flexibility
• Team player and collaborative
• Proven ability to be a self-starter with ability to initiate action and follow an effort through to completion
• Familiarity with Windows platforms and Microsoft Office 365

Summary:

This individual is fashion obsessed and client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting client needs through styling efforts, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners and within their city. This role will act as a representative of Rails in the daily business operations of the store and support all store initiatives set out by management including superior client engagement, store upkeep, operational support, ensuring visual standards while driving for sales results and KPI goals.

Responsibilities:

Performance:

• Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store both front of house and back of house are achieved
• Be a support to execute business plans to accelerate the business forward and remedy opportunities
• Culture: Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of Rails internally and externally
• Ensure store atmosphere upholds the image of the brand

Client Centric:

• Support the acquisition and retention of clients are key focuses and as such create and cultivate client relationships for the store and brand overall
• Be sure that you and your teams deliver the best possible client experience with every type of engagement (in store, virtual, alternate mediums)
• Follow through on customer journey as required to ensure a content client
• Support the needs of the client through styling advice and suggestion with every engagement
• Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues

Marketing & Community:

• In partnership with Store Management Team, bring to life activations/ events in the store that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention/ development

Team Leadership:

• In alignment with Store Management continually coach, motivate, train and develop internal teams so they achieve performance goals and are set up for success with growth opportunities within the organization
• Support a positive work environment with teams and throughout store network including cross functional partners
• Support performance management initiatives with store teams
• Attend and participate at store meetings as required by the business
• Ability to manage and resolve conflict in the workplace

Visuals:

• Support the image of the store and ensure that is in line with corporate standards and store team is upholding these standards

Operations:

• Support inventory functions as set out by Store Management including receipts, reconciliations and transfers
• Protect all company assets including cash handling, inventory, expenses etc.
• Support Client Consignment business, ensuring a quick turnaround, strong take rate, and timely return of merchandise
• Support omnichannel functions, including Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, Reserve-in-Store, with a focus on achieving Omni-specific KPIs
• Provide support to ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, and internal procedures
• Partner with cross functional partners including Stores within network, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandise teams, Regional management as necessary
• Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of experience in a keyholder position preferred
• Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women’s and men’s apparel preferred
• Ability to effectively create, manage and adhere to deadlines
• Familiar with key retail performance indicators
• Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
• Advanced organizational skills, writing and communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
• Travel approximately 10% of the time
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
