They are a small, growing company that has been in business for over 30 years and are seeking a resource who can boost digital marketing efforts by generating and qualifying leads from targeted accounts that result in revenue. This role is measured and compensated based on how effectively leads are moved through the sales pipeline, including the number of activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages), meetings set, and opportunities created.
Success in this role requires identifying, engaging, and closing net-new business opportunities by developing your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with a team and has a strong foundation in technical and analytical problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
This person will work closely with the Marketing Specialist to nurture leads by:

- Researching leads for personalization

*Duties*
* Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients to diagnose illnesses and monitor growth and development.

* Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using our EMR system Athena.
* Provide patient education on health maintenance, nutrition, injury prevention, and family planning.
* Stay current with medical terminology updates, CPT coding standards for billing purposes, and emerging trends in pediatric medicine.

* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
* Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
* Strong understanding of medical coding (ICD/CPT) for billing purposes.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient service and family education.
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams across outpatient clinics and hospital settings including Level I & II trauma centers or critical care units such as PICU or NICU.
