About the role


We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to translate Rippling’s products and platform capabilities into powerful, performance-driven stories that inspire customers to act.


This is not a traditional product marketing role, it’s a hands‑on marketing role for someone who can craft narratives, create assets, and ship campaigns that connect product innovation to customer outcomes.


You’ll build and maintain a solutions and automation use‑case marketing engine that spans product demo videos, landing pages, emails, and a growing library of modular creative assets, all designed to drive engagement, adoption, and expansion.

What you will do

  • Develop and Own Solutions Marketing Frameworks
  • Build a use case and automation library that connects Rippling’s products to real customer problems and outcomes, with a strong focus on cross‑product use cases and automation.
  • Own the lifecycle of the use case library: build it, maintain it with new content, and make it engaging and “marketed,” not just documented.

What you will need

WAGI is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician?s Assistant (PA-C) to join our gastroenterology medical practice. This role will be a hybrid role with the APP splitting their time working in our Clinic and in our affiliated hospitals.

This position will work 4-10?s, Monday through Friday. The individual will be working half-day at WAGI?s Silverdale Clinic and half-day at Saint Michael?s or other affiliate hospital.

The Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP), as an independent healthcare provider, is responsible for delivering comprehensive treatment to both well and sick patients while working collaboratively within the gastroenterology health team. Via direct patient care, consultation, research, education, and partnership with other healthcare providers, demonstrates a high level of clinical experience in providing gastroenterology healthcare. Patients and families are educated by the APP on how to encourage wellbeing, avoid health complications, improve current health, and engage in acute and chronic illness. APPs are mentored by practice Physicians; PA-Cs practice within the WA State licensing to include practicing medicine with Physician supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care autonomously to a case load of inpatients in both our gastroenterology practice clinic and affiliated hospitals
  • Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history, physical assessment, and pre-procedure workups of patients with acute or chronic gastrointestinal health problems
  • Prescribe and regulate medications per prescriptive authority in Washington State
  • Provides guidance and health education to patients to promote and maintain health within gastroenterology practice
  • Order selected diagnostic tests and procedures as indicated by the patient?s condition
  • Collaborates with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients
  • Provides monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits; maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information; triages patient telephone calls and provides medical advice and guidance

Qualifications

Washington Gastroenterology has an excellent compensation and benefit package that includes the following:

Employees (and their families) who work full time (defined as working 30 or more hours per week) will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and basic life insurance. In addition employees are able to enroll in our company?s 401(k) plan which includes a company provided safe harbor contribution of 3% of annual earnings and the potential for a company discretionary profit sharing contribution.

All employees will be eligible to accrue PTO at a rate of .04 hours per payroll hour (1.6 hours for a 40 hour week) which can be used for and exceeds the required mandatory WA State and other local ordinances. In addition, full time employees will be eligible for a Vacation accrual with a maximum annual accrual of 77 hours as a new hire.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to assist members or patients with inquiries, benefits, scheduling, and service coordination
  • Provide accurate information about health plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with healthcare providers
  • Process referrals, authorizations, prescription renewals, and other requests
  • Assist members or patients with claims questions, billing inquiries, and account updates
  • Review insurance or plan eligibility and update records in the system
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic systems, including EMR or CRM tools
  • Communicate with providers and internal teams via phone, secure messaging, or email
  • Protect member and patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA or applicable privacy guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for resolution

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of call center customer service experience handling high call volume
  • 1+ year of healthcare or health insurance experience (member services, patient services, provider services, benefits support, or similar)
  • Previous job tenure of at least 6 months per role, reflecting stability and reliability
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and the ability to manage sensitive customer and account information with discretion, ensuring full compliance in a remote work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain accuracy while handling calls
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a designated, private workspace
  • Demonstrated stable work history with a track record of reliability
  • Commitment to a long-term role and building a career with the organization
  • Reliable high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with appointment scheduling or benefits inquiries
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with EPIC, Facets, or similar applications
  • Knowledge of medical and/or insurance terminology

The Payroll Administrator at Stella-Jones will be responsible for paying employees located in multiple U.S. states, managing the payroll preparation, completing reports, and maintaining records. This role reports to our Payroll Manager in the United States.


This position will be based at our regional HQ office in Tacoma, Washington. This will be hybrid role once a period of training and integration into the team is complete.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for multi-state bi-weekly payroll for 2,500+ employees by entering, maintaining, and processing information in the payroll system; information may include commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions and or information.
  • Responsible for multi-state bi-weekly payroll by confirming employee’s hourly rates, salaries, pay class, and other fields in Employment Settings.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
  • Processes payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Reconciles payroll to the general ledger on a bi-weekly basis, 941’s on a quarterly basis, and 940, ACA 1095, and W2s on an annual basis.
  • Issues, or reissues, physical checks, or direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge.
  • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures.
  • Responsible for training HR Managers on how to train Managers to use Time and Labor system.
  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction.
  • Reconciles all benefit invoices for accuracy on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for accurate monthly payments of all company benefits and COBRA administration.
  • Understand and adhere to any information security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Manual, and client-specific publications.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a Payroll position (Administrator, Clerk, Coordinator, Specialist, etc.) or a similar Accounting-related role required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • CPP or other payroll-related certifications a plus


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Ceridian/Dayforce or similar payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
