Licensure: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Health Care Provider card or complete a course within their probationary period.

Position Details: Graduate Nurse Sign On Bonus $2,000 Experienced LPN up to Sign On Bonus $10,000 PTO Frontload up to 40 hours for full time experienced LPN's 4D Cardiac Surg Intermediate: 4D is an intermediate ICU otherwise called a Progressive Care Unit.
The unit includes a 28 bed fully monitored unit.
We provide high acuity care to critically ill post-operative cardiothoracic, vascular patients, and medical overflow.
Common therapies seen on 4D are chest tubes management, lytic therapy, antidysrhythmic, low dose vasopressors, Bipap and high flow oxygen systems, insulin drips, and precedex.
4D works closely with Neuro Trauma PCU and ICUs for opportunities to cross train between departments.
We are part of the Critical Care Cluster, which includes all ICUs and PCUs.
