MEP Manager Job Description: The MEP Manager oversees multiple projects; responsible for providing support to the MEP Site Operations teams at the project level in the delivery of a consistent MEP product and brand.
Partners with the client to understand and achieve their project specific goals.
Ability to evaluate project status real time and make appropriate recommendations on staffing, schedule, and recovery when appropriate.

Position Description
As an associate in our Government Contracts practice, you will be counseling government contractors of all sizes on all legal aspects of government contracting, with a focus on often complex compliance, regulatory, and transactional matters. You will be part of a dynamic and collegial team with opportunities to work directly with clients and to expand and shape your own practice.
Experience with drafting, analyzing, and negotiating agreements (e.g., teaming agreements, prime and subcontract agreements, license agreements, other transaction authority agreements, and/or grant and cooperative agreements) is essential, along with a broad range of regulatory compliance (e.g., FAR/DFARS) experience. Additionally, experience with bid protests, suspension and debarment, compliance audits, novations, small business programs, GSA schedules, intellectual property and data rights, cybersecurity, labor and employment issues, internal and government investigations, domestic preference requirements, and/or FAA regulatory matters is desirable. A successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, research and writing skills, strong communication and client management abilities, an ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, and consistent attention to detail.
This position can expect to have direct interaction with clients and responsibility for managing matters independently.
