This is a seasonal paid position ( with internship credit opportunity ) in the Safety Department. The Safety Supervisor Intern assists the Safety Manager in maintaining Safety programs and inspections that ensure a safe environment in an amusement park setting for our guests and team members. The position is available May through August and typically works 35 - 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate an interest in addressing safety concerns that will help maintain a safe environment for the guests and team members
* Conduct Safety Investigations by responding to locations in the park to gather facts and statements regarding accidents and incidents
* Write accurate and legible reports of accidents and incidents for review by Safety Department Management
* Maintain and inspect fire detection and suppression equipment and other safety equipment detailed in the department's inspection program
* Rapid response to emergency situations: Fires, Fire Alarms, Ride Incidents, First Aid calls, Vehicle accidents
* Communicate in a timely manner with the Safety Manager safety related incidents including ambulance transports, fires, and ride incidents
* Verbally communicate Safety and First Aid information to management team members at daily briefings.
* Identify the existence of hazards from data gathered during inspections and or reports from team members and guests. In a timely and professional manner, initiate the appropriate action to eliminate the hazards through personal action or attaining assistance from other park personnel
* Maintain relationships with the appropriate personnel from all departments to facilitate a safe environment for guests and team members of the park
* Complete safety audits daily, including ride and facility audits using an electronic tablet
* Communicate by using park issued radios and 10-code system
* Maintain confidentially of employment, medical and operational information.
* Communicate with the appropriate personnel from Resource Protections and Human Resources any non-negative results during drug and alcohol screenings on team members. Ensure all procedures are followed with securing and sending out samples for outside testing
* Assist First Aid crews on calls as directed

Position Overview
Our client in the automotive accessories industry is looking for a Senior Product Development Manager. This is a full-time, onsite role. The position begins as soon as early-mid April and is a long-term, permanent hire.
This role is HYBRID, onsite, in Richmond, IL M-Th. WFH Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full front-end product development process from ideation through validation, development, and handoff for commercialization
- Lead concept creation, competitive analysis, and early-stage innovation for key automotive accessory categories (seat covers, steering wheel covers, cushions, floor mats, mobile accessories)
- Develop complete product briefs, determine feasibility, and guide designers through early stages of product creation
- Build and present business cases including pricing, margin targets, positioning, and financial analysis
- Partner with global suppliers and factories to develop prototypes, optimize cost structures, and ensure manufacturability
- Approve prototypes and oversee all aspects of testing, quality, compliance, and packaging

Quantitative, Translational & ADME Sciences Department at the Client has an open position for a Scientist III position in North Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for non-regulated quantitative LC-MS/MS bioanalysis of small molecules from in vivo and in vitro samples, including extraction, data analysis and interpretation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Perform high throughput quantitative in vivo and in vitro LC-MS/MS analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving of small molecule and peptides from various bio-matrices.
* Operate, perform routine maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting of AB Sciex LC-MS/MS systems.
* Maintain excellent documentation of all work including LIMS, test methods, and protocols.
* Work closely with multiple teams across Discovery and DMPK-BA to support bioanalysis.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline typically with 8+ (BS), 6+ (MS), or 0+ (PhD) years of relevant academia/pharmaceutical experience.
* Proven method development experience using various extraction, chromatographic and analytical methodologies.
* Proven experience with quantitative bioanalysis of small molecules.
* Proven experience operating and troubleshooting Agilent HPLCs, Leap/CTC PAL autosamplers and AB Sciex Mass Spectrometers
