As a newborn hearing screen technician, you will provide hearing screens in the hospital after a baby is born. You will work on-site at one or more hospital locations to screen newborns for hearing loss. At Pediatrix, you will receive on-the-job training. Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will conduct newborn hearing screens, usually in a new mom's hospital room, and help educate parents about the importance of the screen using video and printed tools we provide. You will also be in charge of entering patient data and validation of hearing screens, as needed. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spokane, WA. The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our machinery and aftermarket solutions. Your scope includes new machinery development and aftermarket solutions, encompassing spare parts, consumables, machine upgrades, rebuilds, and retrofit programs that enhance system performance, extend equipment life, and improve total cost of ownership for customers.
PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own product line strategy and roadmap for assigned products, driving growth through new product development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, including launches, enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, portfolio optimization, and end‑of‑life planning.
- Develop and manage product and product family business plans, with accountability for revenue, margin, pricing strategy, and forecasting.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning, segmentation, market sizing, and long‑term product strategy.
- Identify and validate new target markets and positioning opportunities based on evolving customer needs and competitor trends.
- Translate market and business requirements into clear product requirements and detailed specifications, partnering closely with engineering and design.
- Initiate, prioritize, and oversee cross‑functional product development projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as the product subject‑matter expert, supporting stakeholders with product knowledge, forecasts, and lifecycle insights.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technically related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of product management experience or a comparable background
- Proven ability to set strategic direction and manage the entire product life cycle effectively
- Strong judgment and the ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, committees, and teams with professionalism

maximizing enablement, retention and ROI, while positioning Customer Success as

engagement and institutional growth, and partners across internal teams to
deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Success Framework and Operations
- Develop and continuously refine the Customer Success Playbook, including onboarding arc, product user training materials, communication templates, and outcome-aligned product guidance.
- Align service models to account segments and growth opportunities to optimize customer engagement.
- Assign accounts to Customer Success Managers based on account segment, product scope, and resource capacity.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, digitize, and automate customer engagement with MMX education products to create efficiencies and evolve customer interactions within the learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Analytical, goal-oriented, and creative with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to excel in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of account management and customer relationship experience with segmented customers across multiple products required.
- 3+ years of people management experience required.
- Previous experience managing customers in a healthcare-related context preferred.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $102,816- $136,017. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Purpose of the Job
The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initial planning through go-live. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure all quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Delivery, you will manage key deliverables, facilitate communication across internal teams and customer stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.
Description of responsibilities:
In this role, you will be actively involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. The position requires a strong level of direct interaction with clients and close collaboration with the implementation team, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery experience.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, milestones, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with overall project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Review and validate system requirements developed by project team members to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer needs.
- Partner with the System Architect and key stakeholders during the system specification phase on larger projects, ensuring technical feasibility and clarity of requirements.
- Drive the functional specification phase by facilitating client meetings, documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment among all parties.
- Support the creation of functional specifications by collaborating with project team members to confirm that documentation accurately reflects project needs and solution design.
- Track and monitor project progress during implementation, proactively addressing risks, issues, or scope of changes as they arise.
- Coordinate closely with the Director of Project Delivery regarding task assignment, resource planning, and financial reporting, ensuring continuity and effective project oversight.
- Support project governance through regular communication, structured reporting, and timely escalation when needed.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within software, SaaS, or enterprise systems related to supply chain.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including project planning, prioritizing tasks, and reporting on project status.
- Strong foundational technical skills with an understanding of software systems, integrations, and development processes.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Agile Methodologies is beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as Windows, IIS, and SQL Server is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating responsiveness, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on developing clear, task-oriented solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics and or similar applications experience
- Experience with leading WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Koerber, or similar).

Pay range: From $90,000.00, per year salary
