Job Details Key Responsibilities: Establish, implement, and assess quality systems, process controls, and inspection methods to ensure product conformity Lead problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing operations Analyze and respond to key quality metrics, trends, and performance indicators Develop, maintain, and verify process and product control methods, including equipment and process validations Manage the corrective action system, ensuring timely response, implementation, and effectiveness verification Investigate and respond to customer complaints and quality concerns Perform statistical analysis, capability studies, and data-driven improvement planning Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to validate inspection and measurement techniques Support and participate in internal audits, customer audits, and NADCAP audits, including corrective action development and follow-up Interpret and apply industry specifications, customer requirements, and NADCAP standards to achieve and sustain certification Support new product introductions using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools Lead and support FMEA and Control Plan development to reduce process risk Coordinate with customer quality representatives and source inspectors as required Deliver training on quality concepts, tools, and methodologies to cross-functional teams Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Maintain compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and job-specific safety requirements, including PPE Complete all required training and certifications as assigned Perform additional duties, special projects, or reporting tasks as needed Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a chemical processing or similar regulated manufacturing environment Minimum of 5 years of hands-on NADCAP experience, including audit participation and certification support Strong background in structured problem-solving and corrective action methodologies In-depth knowledge of statistical methods, quality systems, and continuous improvement tools Proficiency with advanced quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and SPC Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Interested in hearing more?
