Key Responsibilities:

• Support for the Global Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) Project, including:
• Migration of data from legacy data to new system
• Support of required project documentation
• Support the Quality IPT with other activities including:
• Batch record documentation and/or audit
• CoA/CoC generation and review
• Data review and updates
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
• Attends team meetings and any required cross-functional meeting to ensure alignment of priorities and escalation of obstacles

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; “Batch record”, QA, Pharma
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates with Associates degree considered with relevant experience.
• 3-5years of relevant experience within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with direct involvement in execution of activities such as batch record, documentation reviews, investigations, corrective actions, complaints, quality system management, quality assurance, quality control, investigation etc.
• Experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical packaging facility.
• SAP, maintenance system, and/or SOP experience.
• The candidate must possess highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• The candidate must also possess a high degree of problem-solving ability and have demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects/workload, ensuring timely completion.

Job Description:

• The incumbent must have a BA or BS degree in Chemistry or closely related science.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience preferred.
• Performs a variety of chemical analyses and GMP review in accordance with cGMP, GLP, DEA and company policies and procedures.
• Perform routine testing (dissolution, assay/degradant, content uniformity and ID) of drug products in a cGMP laboratory.
• Complete all assigned testing in a timely and organized manner in accordance with cGMP, GLP, DEA and company policies and procedures.
• Enter data into laboratory information system and accurately document all necessary and relevant information in a clear concise manner as per cGMPs.
• Operate and maintain all analytical instrumentation and equipment as per established procedures; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Communicate openly within the group to provide and gather information, to optimize the use of resources and to optimize efficiency.
• Aid other group members as required.
• Ensure that equipment and working areas are maintained with good safety and housekeeping practices.

Skills:

• Perform job functions in various positions that may require sitting, stooping, balancing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and/or reaching.
• While sitting for an extended period of time on a routine basis, incumbent may use the following equipment:
• Personal computer, telephone/ other voice communication devices, copier, fax, scanners, or other specialized equipment used in an office setting.
• Lift and maneuver equipment and materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Take samples which may require stretching, bending, or twisting to remove product from the equipment and/or drums.
• Use small hand and power tools to perform incidental maintenance.
• Perform cleaning and assembly/disassembly on laboratory equipment which may require pulling, pushing, or twisting to remove equipment shields, parts and panels.
• Equipment and parts could weigh up to 20 pounds.
• Also requires operation of industrial hose (water) and physical exertion (repetitive wiping, rubbing and scrubbing) to clean equipment and laboratory surfaces.
• Ability to work a 10 hour per day/4-day work week Monday through Thursday; 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Our Administrative team is looking for a new addition to the team.

This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by timely and professional administration of all customer issues regarding their new equipment orders. The schedule of this position would be 7:30AM-4:30PM in office with the benefit of a hybrid schedule after training. Our facility is located near Carowinds Amusement Park, in Charlotte, NC.

Rite-HiteCustomer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department.

• Gathering necessary order related information from all parties and assuring it is accurately communicated to those who need it. If unable to secure necessary information, this position is responsible for securing the assistance of the District Operations Manager, as needed.

• Coordinate information flow for new equipment jobs using order logs, order management, and entry systems.

• Create and maintain accurate and complete job files, work orders and information to include maintenance, reconciliations and filing processes.

• Work with customers, contractors, and vendor to assure order requirements are achieved, orders are released, and shipping dates meet customer expectations.

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and properly code and post into corporate order management system and that they meet corporate accounting requirements.

• Review job costs and gross profit to ensure accurate invoicing and minimize profit erosion.

• Assist with resolution of collections issues.

• Ensure incoming new equipment orders meet standards and advise appropriate parties if they do not.

• Create and maintain accurate and complete job files.

• Create Work Orders to support the equipment installation process.

• Create purchase orders for allied equipment.

• Maintain a strong working relationship with supported district's Installation Coordinators.

• Enter and administer equipment orders for both Rite-Hite and allied equipment vendors following the appropriate procedures for each vendor. Maintain a smooth order flow, assure release dates and shipping schedule meet customer requirements. Expedite orders when necessary.

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and properly enter into the system for payment.

• Process all submittals, contracts, insurance certificates, and any other similar documents necessary to release and invoice orders.

• Assist District Management and sales personnel in resolving collections issues. This includes effectively interfacing with customers to ascertain and document billing procedures to assure timely payment of Arbon invoices.

• Work to consolidate shipments to minimize freight costs while meeting customer requirements.

• Review completed job files to ensure that profit erosion is minimized. Analyze and communicate variances to District management as required.

• Cross-train with other administrative personnel to provide additional help during heavy workloads or back-up during absences.
