Experience:

This Job Description for the Staff RN M/S Float Pool provides criteria for evaluation of the Registered Nurse working in the Staff RN position. The Staff RN assigned to the Float Pool cares for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

What You Will Do In Your Role:

• You will plan and prioritize age and specialty appropriate care of each patient assigned by communicating relevant information to appropriate healthcare professionals
• You will competently and accurately complete age appropriate comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessment of patients; takes nursing history assessment to identify nursing diagnosis/patient care needs
