We are seeking candidates for a Contracts Legal Associate position with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. The Contracts Legal Associate will be a part of the Legal & Compliance Global Delivery and Enablement team, supporting contracting and documentation initiatives related to client platform activities. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while contributing to process improvement and the development of technology-enabled solutions, including AI-driven tools, to enhance contracting efficiency.
