The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate with strong hands-on experience in chromatographic analysis to support QC release and stability testing. The successful candidate will perform routine cGMP QC testing using HPLC methods (RP-HPLC, SEC, IEX), Agilent HPLC systems, and additional supporting assays in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC release and stability testing using HPLC methods including RP-HPLC, SEC, and IEX.

Qualifications

The Senior Scientist will execute Quality Control testing, and associated operations and contribute to analytical testing to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, optimization, and execution of HPLC-based analytical methods (e.g., RP-HPLC, SEC, IEX) to support in-process, release, and stability testing.
• Develop, qualify, validate, and characterize GMP-compliant purity, SEC, and content methods for intermediates and drug products, with a strong emphasis on chromatographic workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated in-depth expertise in HPLC, including method development, troubleshooting, system suitability design, chromatographic theory, and data interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with multiple chromatographic techniques (RP-HPLC, SEC, IEX, affinity, gradient optimization, detector setup/maintenance).
• Proven success developing and validating GMP analytical methods and supporting GMP operations.
• Experience with complementary analytical techniques such as UV-Vis, LC-MS, CE, ELISA, or other functional assays is beneficial.

About the Role

This senior-level role will join a small team of software engineers that build the digital infrastructure and products that power the company. We're looking for someone that has hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts in a production environment on EVM networks (Ethereum and Base), as well as experience working with a variety of token standards. Specific nice-to-haves include experience with RWAs/real estate, representing securities with compliance constraints on-chain (e.g. ERC-3643), and DeFi protocols like Uniswap.

While we're looking for an engineer with this background, please note that we also expect all engineers to be willing and able to contribute across our entire technology stack. The primary products that you'll be working on include:

• Tools that are designed to make managing our large and growing real estate portfolio highly efficient. These are tools that we use to address the tactical challenges that arise from managing distributed real estate assets as efficiently as possible while still ensuring the best possible resident experience. We use many standard technology solutions, but also IoT smart home technology and AI to solve and optimize many of our resident and maintenance tasks.
• Products that enable investors to initiate and manage their investments into Groma’s real estate funds. A primary goal of Groma is to make real estate work better for everyone. This means not only owning and managing it well, but also expanding ownership opportunities, with audiences ranging from institutional investors to the residents in our buildings.
• Infrastructure to express Groma’s property assets, investor share holdings, and REIT operations on Ethereum and other networks. About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer with strong expertise in CIP (Common Industrial Protocol) and EtherNet/IP to support the development of industrial communication solutions. This role involves working on embedded systems, protocol stack integration, and real-time communication within industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in embedded C/C++ development, industrial networking protocols, and device-level integration, with a strong focus on interoperability and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software solutions using C/C++ for industrial devices

• Implement and integrate CIP / EtherNet/IP protocol stacks for Adapter or Scanner devices

• Work with RTOS environments such as FreeRTOS, ThreadX, or similar platforms

• Integrate and optimize TCP/IP stacks and Ethernet drivers for embedded systems

• Perform debugging and troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark

• Ensure compliance with ODVA standards and support interoperability testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate embedded solutions

• Participate in system-level testing, validation, and performance optimization

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in embedded software development

• Strong hands-on experience with CIP / EtherNet/IP protocols

• Experience in protocol stack integration (Adapter or Scanner)

• Proficiency in C and C++ programming for embedded systems

• Experience working with RTOS platforms (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.)

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and Ethernet driver integration

• Must have experience with ODVA compliance and interoperability testing

• Experience using Wireshark or similar tools for debugging network communication

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in industrial automation or embedded device engineering environments

• Familiarity with real-time communication systems and industrial networking standards

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
