The Head of Enterprise Productivity & Collaboration Tools is a senior leader responsible for the strategic direction, integration, and optimization of MassMutual’s core collaboration and productivity platforms—including ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, and Atlassian—with a strong focus on AI enablement and automation. This role will drive the adoption of AI-powered capabilities across platforms to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and business agility.

The Impact:

The Minimum Qualifications

  Collaborate with credentialing, contracting, and billing teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  Serve as a point of contact for regional partnerships, school districts, referral sources, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  Master’s degree in Business or Human Services, other education and experience as required by state

  Seven to ten years of related experience with significant management experience in the ABA field.

  BCBA Certification preferred
