As a Displays Software Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the remote piloting software team. This team is responsible for building the pilot-facing application software that is used to command the aircraft's advanced automation systems - both onboard, and remotely. Basic Success Criteria

As a Lead Test Pilot you will have a senior leadership role within the flight operations team at Reliable Robotics. You will provide direction to the team, and be a leading voice to help guide the development of our safety enhancing technology. You will work in a highly collaborative environment and coordinate with multiple engineering teams across the company to develop and execute flight test plans.

Responsibilities

In your role as Lead Test Pilot, your primary role will be to lead a team of highly motivated flight test pilots and engineers. You will also be responsible for developing and safely executing flight test plans in support of research and development efforts, and will fly the aircraft in both onboard and remote configurations. You will coordinate the training and scheduling of contract pilots, and help to ensure that all aspects of experimental flight operations are set up for safety and success. You will coordinate with Reliable's Part 135 airline operations to support standardization of pilot procedures across the organization. Throughout the development process, you will be instrumental in the execution of flight tests, data reviews, and proper operation of the system.

Basic Success Criteria

• FAA Commercial Pilot ASEL with 1500 total flight hours, including at least 500 fixed wing and 500 turbine engine

• Experience performing a secondary skillset while piloting (e.g. tactical aircraft, firefighting, cropdusting, SAR, ISR, law enforcement, etc.)

• Current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher

• 2+ years of experience in an aviation leadership role

Preferred Criteria

• Graduate of an SETP recognized flight test school

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline or equivalent industry experience

• Recent Caravan or PT6A experience

• Diversity of experience in multiple aircraft/ airframes

• CFII or military flight instructor

• Experience with automated and/or large remotely operated vehicles (UAS, spacecraft, etc)

• Corporate Governance: Establish and maintain robust corporate governance standards for a public company, supporting the Board of Directors and its committees (Audit, Compensation, Nominating & Governance).
• Compliance Framework: Build and enhance a global compliance program covering anti-corruption (FCPA), antitrust, trade compliance, data privacy & security (GDPR, CCPA), and export controls.
• M&A and Financing: Lead legal due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution for strategic investments, financing rounds, joint ventures, and M&A transactions.
• Commercial Contracts: Guide the team in reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including global strategic partnerships, major sales and procurement contracts, and technology licensing agreements.
• IP Strategy: Work closely with the technology team to develop and implement a global intellectual property strategy, managing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Dispute Resolution: Manage significant litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution proceedings.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from a recognized law school in the US, China, or other common law jurisdiction, with active bar membership in good standing.
• A minimum of 15 years of legal experience, including a senior role at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a high-growth multinational technology company.
• Must have a proven track record of leading at least one company through a complete US IPO process and deep familiarity with post-IPO ongoing compliance obligations.
• Extensive expertise in US securities laws, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and stock exchange listing rules.
• Demonstrated excellence in corporate governance, M&A, complex commercial negotiations, and compliance management within a multinational context.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior in-house experience within the green tech, renewable energy, IoT, or SaaS industries.

Qualitest is looking for Data Collection Associates (DCAs) to support Ground Truth Data Collection initiatives and contribute to the development of VR and AR products. The focus of ground truth data collection is to capture various types of data relating to humans, speech, and environments to enable quality Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. DCAs will be responsible for performing data collection directly with participants while utilizing sophisticated scanning equipment in a simulated environment. The ideal candidate has the perfect blend of customer service and technology skills.
