  • Support the other team members by creating pricing and quotes as help is needed.
  • Routinely follow-up on quoted projects, update the status of the quote and create further follow-up tasks until the project is either won or lost.
  • Support the Project Management team by providing detailed upfront information on new projects, creating updated quotes as project requirements change, and providing outstanding customer service as needed.
  • Perform market research to identify potential customers, add them to the CRM and reach out to start building dialogue.
