Lead Company-Wide Training

• Conduct engaging, high-impact training sessions for agents at all experience levels

• Keep agents sharp on contracts, negotiations, compliance, scripts, and market strategy

Own Our Learning Management System

• Build, update, and organize content within our internal LMS
• Manage structured learning paths for new and experienced agents
• Continuously improve and modernize training materials
• Ensure resources are easy to access and aligned with company standards

Be the Go-To Problem Solver

• Take 'got-a-minute?' calls, texts, and sit-downs from agents navigating contract questions, negotiation strategy, difficult clients, ethical concerns, and deal emergencies
• Provide calm, decisive guidance in high-pressure situations
• Act as a trusted advisor and steady presence

• 5+ years as a licensed residential real estate agent
• 50+ closed transactions (minimum)

As a Logistics Coordinator (Broker-in-Training), you will be immersed in learning the fundamentals of freight brokering from day one. This role is designed as a gateway to a successful career in logistics brokerage. You’ll start by supporting our experienced brokers and operations team in coordinating shipments and solving transportation challenges. • Coordinate Shipments: Assist in planning and executing freight shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely pickups, transit updates, and on-time deliveries.
• Support Carrier Relations: Communicate daily with carriers (truck drivers and dispatchers) to secure capacity for shipments. Negotiate rates and book loads under the guidance of senior brokers to meet customer needs at competitive prices.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients by tracking shipments proactively and informing customers of any status updates or issues. Address problems or delays with creativity and urgency, ensuring our customers’ expectations are exceeded.
• Documentation & Administration: Handle the paperwork and data entry for shipments. This includes creating load confirmations, verifying carrier credentials, updating load status in our system, and reviewing carrier invoices for accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Jump in to resolve transportation challenges as they arise – whether it’s rerouting a shipment, finding last-minute capacity, or resolving delivery discrepancies. You’ll work with your team to develop creative solutions that keep freight moving and customers happy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your mentor and the broader team on daily operations and special projects. Contribute ideas to streamline processes, improve services, and drive innovation in line with our Logistics Innovation value.

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus (but not required). Your tasks and responsibilities as a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Tech) may include but are not limited to:

• Possess sound and thorough knowledge of all diagnostic radiographic procedures and related equipment including surgical, portable, trauma, general and fluoroscopic radiographic procedures
• Obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images assuring only optimal images are submitted for interpretation utilizing appropriate lead markers as well as date and time stickers where indicated
• Select proper and accurate technical factors and techniques to accommodate patient and assist in administration of contrast media when necessary
• Prepare, transfer and position patients as needed ensuring modesty, safely utilizing auxiliary equipment and/or devices
• Document all pertinent clinical information prior to exam, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within MEDITECH accurately and on time
• Maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and other caregiver colleagues to include the radiologist
