The Director of Retail Operations oversees a large, multi‑unit retail portfolio at Tampa International Airport, managing more than 20 stores and driving $20M–$30M in annual revenue. In this role, you’ll lead sales growth, profitability and daily operational excellence through strong strategic leadership and high team engagement. You’ll ensure an exceptional customer experience across all retail locations while building effective relationships with airport landlords, unions, ACDBE/DBE partners, and key brand stakeholders in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand travel retail environment.
Salary Range: $107,000 - $133,000 Plus Bonus Opportunities!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across a large multi‑store retail footprint, ensuring all brand, service, and operational standards are consistently met.
- Drive revenue and profit growth by analyzing key performance metrics (sales, margin, labor %, conversion, AOV, UPT, shrink, NPS), managing budgets and forecasts, and taking action to improve results.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and operations meetings, covering sales performance, promotions, category insights, pricing, and HR initiatives.
- Make strategic decisions around hiring, promotions, and succession planning; build strong, diverse leadership teams and manage performance effectively.
- Ensure consistent execution of opening/closing procedures, cash handling, safety protocols, and all compliance requirements; collaborate with ACDBE partners on reporting and certification needs.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, brand partners, and DBE stakeholders; resolve issues and coordinate facility maintenance and improvement projects.

- Lead vendor management and help resolve supply chain issues while maintaining proficiency in retail systems such as MIV, CrunchTime, and Kronos/UKG.
- Execute planograms, visual merchandising, and product placement strategies to drive sales and maintain brand standards.
- Address complex customer and employee concerns; lead change management initiatives and support the rollout of new technologies to enhance efficiency and experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior; apply category management and space optimization best practices across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with union agreements (CBAs), lease obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years in retail operations, with 3+ years in multi‑unit leadership.
- Proven success leading large teams, managing full P&L, and overseeing portfolios of 20+ stores and $20M+ in annual revenue.
- Strong P&L ownership, budgeting, and KPI analysis (sales/margin, labor, inventory turns, shrink, conversion, NPS).
- Proficient in retail/workforce systems (MIV, CrunchTime, Kronos/UKG).
- Skilled in inventory control, demand planning, receiving, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of category management, planograms, and visual merchandising.
- Advanced Excel and comfort with data dashboards/BI tools.

What will you be doing?
- Provide disease state education, awareness, and approved resources to identified Healthcare Professionals and office staff as agreed by Inizio leadership
- Present educational programs, both live and virtual, tailored to the needs of each healthcare office
- Increase awareness of disease state through compliant education
- Educate office staff on diagnostic processes, disease state information, and approved product education including safety and adverse event information per label
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key healthcare professionals and office staff
- Identify and support referral pathways across multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors
- Use only approved materials provided by Inizio. Materials may not be changed, copied, or distributed
- Complete all required training courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all office interactions and required reporting activities
- Capture time and expenses through the designated Inizio systems
- Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws
- Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences to remain current on program developments and share best practices
- Maintain company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions
- Comply with all Inizio policies and procedures and all applicable compliance standards

What do you need for this position?
- Qualified Healthcare Professional with current state license (Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred)
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, BSN, or equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a specific disease state or related field; respiratory experience preferred
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry as a clinical educator or in sales preferred
- Excellent professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to present to physicians and various members of office staff
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and territory priorities
- Self-starter with high personal motivation
- Evidence of continual professional development and commitment to maintaining clinical knowledge
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment

Tier4 Group is seeking a driven IT MAWM Technology Analyst to support and evolve enterprise‑wide IT initiatives centered on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to system configuration, integrations, extensions, and advanced support—helping ensure our technology ecosystem scales with current and future business needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with IT, business partners, vendors, and QA teams while owning complex configurations, integrations, and L2/L3 troubleshooting in a fast‑paced warehouse and supply chain environment.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and support MAWM solutions using Manhattan Configuration Tools, Config Director, and APIs
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API integrations (JSON/XML) between MAWM and third‑party systems such as ERP and TMS
- Create, deploy, monitor, and manage MAWM extension packs using ProActive
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including deep technical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and issue resolution

Proficient in computer skills and using various software packages.

TELUS Digital are currently hiring for a Personalized Ads Evaluator role! This is a freelance, independent contractor position that offers up to 20 hours per week.
In this role, you will be reviewing online advertisements by rating them on their relevance to the search terms used as well as providing feedback on their language and cultural relevance in order to improve their content, quality, and layout

Qualification path
No previous professional experience is required to apply to this role, however, working on this project will require you to pass the basic requirements and go through a standard assessment process. This is a part-time long-term project and your work will be subject to our standard quality assurance checks during the term of this agreement.
Basic Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English
- Being a resident in USA for the last 3 consecutive years and having familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Country
- Active use of Gmail, Google+, and other forms of social media and experience in the use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content
- Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 4.1, iOS 8 or higher), and a personal computer with antivirus software to work on. You’ll also need a Barcode Scanner application to be installed on your smartphone to complete certain tasks.
Assessment
In order to be hired into the program, you’ll be required to take an open book qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position. You will also be required to complete and pass an ID verification process. Don’t worry, our team will provide you with guidelines and learning materials before your exam. You will be required to complete the exam in a specific timeframe but at your own convenience!
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
