The Associate Manager, Programmatic is responsible for effectively supervising a team and set of clients with a focus on accuracy, growth, and innovation. This individual will act as a subject matter expert on Programmatic strategy and execution, assuming a client facing role during pre-sales activity and enterprise level client meetings. As a supervisor, the Associate Manager, Programmatic will oversee employee development and retention, including training and goal setting. Additionally, this individual is an expert at process/project management, efficiently creating processes that can be scaled across multiple accounts or teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as direct supervisor for up to (4) direct reports in Chicago, Buenos Aires, and/or Mexico City
- Accountable for all aspects of team oversight, including: employee onboarding, employee training, employee performance (accountability and behavior), employee retention
- Maintain target utilization for assigned work and for direct reports work.
- Onboard, maintain and grow assigned client base: coordinate with Account Management & Media Strategy on long term strategic roadmap
- Own performance accuracy for campaign execution, optimization, and Rise 5 on all assigned clients.
- Quickly and tactfully troubleshoot employee and client issues
- Act as a liaison between internal rise teams and programmatic team for all matters related to assigned clients.
- Develop processes to help improve efficiency of the team and clients. Scale processes across a greater Programmatic team.
- Lead weekly team and individual meetings with programmatic team members, other Rise employees, and outside vendors.
- Collaborate with Programmatic managers on team wide initiatives
- Stay up to date on industry trends and technology partners, seeking out opportunities to vet and test new technologies.

If you are a master at reading-between-the-lines, probing into and leveraging customer requirements and selling software solutions, you'll love the challenge of this position. You should be quick and flexible to flourish in our fast-paced environment. We are looking for that ideal individual that is motivated to drive results and enjoys meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. The job responsibilities include:
- Convince Cisco and Partner teams to sell Singlewire solutions
- Develop relationships with key Cisco and Reseller representatives in the region
- Support and drive all direct and indirect business opportunities for Singlewire products
- Use knowledge of unified communications solutions to convince partners and end users to include Singlewire notification as part of the collaboration stack
- Train Singlewire Partner sales teams how to discuss notification with their clients in a business relevant way that will produce leads for our solutions
- Engage with Cisco and Partner sales teams on client opportunities
- Provide demonstrations of our solutions, both in person and remotely to ultimately help our sales partners to close deals
- Pursue direct sales opportunities and successfully perform necessary steps to close the business
- Attend and staff various local and national Demand Generation events throughout the year
- Adhere to Singlewire standards and procedures such as adherence to pricing approvals, monthly pipeline reviews, forecasts and management of CRM system

About the Role
As a Medical Lab Scientist, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care by performing accurate and timely laboratory testing used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Testing domains include waived, moderate, and high‑complexity procedures. Required: Experience with waived, moderate, and high‑complexity testing in a clinical laboratory setting—through education or hands‑on work experience.
What You’ll Do
Perform and document laboratory testing—including pre‑analytical steps—following standard operating procedures and accreditation standards to ensure high‑quality patient care.
Conduct and evaluate quality control procedures for tests, equipment, reagents, and media.
Identify, investigate, and resolve testing variances by implementing corrective actions to ensure accurate, reliable results.
What You’ll Need
Education (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate Degree in one of the following:
Medical Laboratory Science Program
Medical Technologist
Medical Technician
Biology
Chemistry
Preferred Licensure/Certification
ASCP‑certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent
Other acceptable certifications: ASCP or HEW
