We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as a liaison between the technology team and the other functional areas of our business for project requirements gathering and documentation. Experience in the airline industry is highly desirable. The incumbent will be comfortable learning and adapting to the intricacies of the Tradewind environment, happy working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels and all other departments, and keen to apply their years of expertise to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Work with all business teams as needs arise, including but not limited to Flight Operations, Dispatch/Operational Control, Maintenance, Training, Sales, Finance and Safety to gather requirements related to scheduling, recordkeeping, operational efficiency, reporting and others.
- Document and translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze 'as-is' processes and design improved workflows that strengthen safety, efficiency, compliance, and reliability in flight operations.
- Evaluate and support both homebrew and off the shelf critical business platforms including flight scheduling systems, maintenance tracking systems, and SMS tools.
- Identify integration opportunities between aviation systems, HRIS, financial systems, and other enterprise technologies.
- Support implementation, testing, and rollout of system enhancements.
- Ensure solutions and processes align with Part 91 and 135 regulations, including operational control, crew qualifications, duty/rest rules, aircraft airworthiness, training recordkeeping, and documentation standards.
- Assist in creating digital workflows and tools for document control, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
- Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and solution demonstrations.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Aviation Management required.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and project documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and aviation stakeholders.
- Experience with workflow or diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
Highly desirable for any of these additional skillsets:

Summary:

Software Developers, Data Scientists & Network Admins. The Tester’s primary role is to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house proprietary Software. Ideal candidate must have 4+ years of
experience in Manual Testing on web based applications. Testers will also be involved in software

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing a safe, comforting, and welcoming exam room atmosphere
- Sterilize and deliver instruments to treatment area, position and pass instruments and materials, suction, and expose/develop radiographic studies
- Pour, trim, and polish study casts and removable appliances
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calling for repairs
- Capture and interpret x-rays
- Track inventory levels, anticipate needed supplies, and verify receipt of supplies
- Document dental care services by charting in patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Diploma or certificate from an approved Dental Assistant program as accredited by CODA (preferred)
- Current CT DA license, or DANB CDA in CT, ICE & RHS Certifications (preferred)
- CPR Certification
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (required)
- Previous dental assistance experience (preferred)
- Dentrix dental software knowledge (a plus)
- Dental assisting experience with Dental Specialists (preferred)

Position Summary:
The Cost Engineer is responsible maintaining a true and accurate cost structure and coordinating reporting elements key to developing accurate cost reports. This is an interface between project management, cost management and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
- Review project features with Estimating department and ensure that work quantities are being entered correctly on a daily basis.
- Verify proper coding for phases, hours, and slips.
- Close out the completed project phases and verify progress entries.
- Conduct monthly cost review meeting with project team.
- Assign and initiate new cost codes for change orders, tracking items and back charges as required.
- Verify pencil sheets / pay requisitions.
- Take the lead in developing quarterly cost to complete reports.
- Review and process change orders for TMC and subcontractors / vendors.
- Review and process cost adjustments.
- Identify items that are exceeding the budget and communicate to Project Manager.
- Assist project management team with quarterly reports for contract status, contract profit, unit cost report, cost projections, revenue projects, change order status and change order costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field and / or minimum of 5 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Experience working with project management and a thorough knowledge of heavy construction logistics, resource planning, construction sequencing and material management preferred.
- Familiar with a variety of the field construction concepts practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Viewpoint Accounting and Job Costing System is desirable.
