Job Description Summary:
$15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS & BENEIFTS ELIGIBILITY DAY ONE OF EMPLOYMENT
External applicants and newly licensed internal applicants may be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year work commitment. Previously employed applicants who have been gone from the organization more than 90 days may also be eligible.
Riverside Methodist Hospital is hiring for a full-time (32 hours/week), day shift Ultrasound Technologist, which consists of two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week; weekend rotation is every 4th weekend. One 10-hour on-call shift is required every 2 weeks.
The Ultrasonographer independently performs requested ultrasound examinations, searching for any possible pathology as indicated by the patient's symptoms/medical history and/or results from previous testing. The position reviews and discusses the ultrasound findings with the radiologist and a diagnosis is made.
Responsibilities And Duties:

Performs various ultrasound examinations. Subjectively interprets information based on judgmental decisions by Ultrasonographers, requiring in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and pathology. Maintains complete knowledge of wave form physics, i.e. time gain compensation curves, attenuation factors, etc. , required to set equipment variable properly for appropriate imaging of specific anatomy. Assists Radiologists with performance of invasive procedures.

Independently evaluates normal vs. abnormal test results in correlation with patient history, previous examinations, lab results, etc.

Summary
The Control Technician performs a variety of maintenance, modification, and repair activities in controls of all building equipment and material handling systems in the distribution centers. This includes troubleshooting and repairing AC & DC circuits, photo eye sensors, encoders, programmable logic controllers, and bar code readers.
Responsibilities
- Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignments
- Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required
- Perform program changes, monitoring of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and PMS (Process Management Systems)
- Troubleshoot issues of all Controls, Process Controllers, Control Cabinets, Power Supplies and all other field devices
- Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities including performing material handling equipment troubleshooting and repair; office furniture moves and setups
- Completes work orders for work performed and includes parts and inventory used
- Document all work order activities to follow MP2 requirements, providing detailed records of the activities performed
- Ability to solve and repair low and high voltage controls including fuses, relays, wiring, contactors and power supplies from the source to the field device
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics, to include blueprints
- Experience using electrical diagnostic equipment (to include digital and analog meters, and amp meters for AC/DC testing)

A. Duie Pyle’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an accelerated training program designed to prepare and develop future leaders. - Manage construction projects from pre-award planning through final closeout

Overview
The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project documentation management. - CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Assist the Project Manager coordinating the day-to-day management of the project including cost control, reporting, manage the RFI and submittal process, project closeout, and become fluent in Procore, ebuilder, OAKS or projected related software.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Participate in RFQ/RFP responses as needed.
- Participate in project interviews as needed.
- Assist with finding and developing future job opportunities.
Computer Software Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, at an intermediate skill level. Must be/become proficient in all aspects of Procore project management system.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and legal/construction documents. Ability to prepare responses for the Project Manager to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and reports for the Project Manager that conform to prescribed style and format.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and to make recommendations to the Project Manager based on abstract and concrete variables.

Thompson Hine LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Litigation Docket Clerk to join our Cleveland or Columbus office. This position is primarily responsible for providing Litigation docket and case management support to the timekeepers and secretaries in the firm.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews and responds to e-mail directed to the Docket mailbox. Ensures accurate and timely completion of all requests within 24 hours of receipt.
- Enters and maintains information in the docket software database, calculates due dates, and makes appropriate entries. Ensures any relevant documents associated with a case and/or event are attached in the docket software and linked with the Document Management System.
- Responds in a timely and efficient manner to requests from attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries regarding case status information via direct communication with the courts and agencies.
- Performs in-person runs to the various local courts and agencies to execute filings, research case status, obtain copies of documents not available on-line, and pay fees and costs. Follows-up with attorneys to confirm status.
- Performs electronic filing and on-line research via public access websites, the PACER system, and File & Serve.
- Responds to Audit Letter Inquiries and provides requesting parties with formal reports on all pending litigation.
- Obtains and returns receipts to Director of Business Intake related to any case related costs.
- Identifies and recommends changes to docket policies, procedures, forms, etc. to provide better service and support to timekeepers.
- Provides back up support to the Docket Manager.
- Additional duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Training and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree or higher and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Three to five years of law firm experience with docket or similar functions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Computer knowledge: Windows, Internet, typing and data entry skills. Knowledge of Milana, Aderant eDockets, CompuLaw, or other comparable docket software preferred. Knowledge of NetDocuments or other comparable Document Management software preferred.
- Strong familiarity with the litigation process.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette are mandatory.
- Ability to develop working relationships and cooperate with various firm departments, attorneys, staff, and court employees.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- General familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure for State, Federal and Municipal Courts.
- Must practice confidentiality at all times.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
- Possesses interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate and follow instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff and is a team player.

This position requires the employee to work onsite at a specified Thompson Hine office location based on a schedule determined by the Manager for the benefit of the department and firm. This position is not eligible for remote work absent the employee’s office working in business continuity mode.
Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The estimated salary range for this Cleveland position is $59,000 to $93,000.
