AGE Solutions is seeking an Audio-Visual Command Meeting (AVCM) Engineer. In this role, you will travel within their assigned zone to support Senior Executive Services (SES) and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces. This role provides installation, troubleshooting, and sustainment support for enterprise audio-visual systems and will augment support to other zones as required. The ideal candidate is a hands-on AV professional with strong technical expertise, the ability to lead AV efforts on-site, and experience working in classified environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

We are looking for a Machine Vision / Controls Engineer to join our fast-paced automation engineering firm. This role focuses on developing machine vision inspection systems while also supporting controls development and feasibility testing for custom automation equipment.

You will perform vision feasibility studies, camera/lens/lighting selection, and vision programming, primarily using Keyence Machine Vision systems. In addition, you will support PLC programming, system integration, and automation debugging on our custom machines.

This position works closely with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers to integrate machine vision, robotics, motion control, and PLC systems into complete automation solutions.

Engineered Vision is dedicated to improving how factory automation projects are implemented through transparency, quality, and speed.

Duties:

• Perform machine vision feasibility testing in our lab to validate inspection concepts and system performance
• Size and select cameras, lenses, and lighting for vision inspection applications
• Develop and program machine vision systems (primarily Keyence)
• Integrate vision systems with robots, PLCs, and motion control systems
• Program and support PLC controls systems (primarily Allen Bradley ladder logic)
• Assist with controls debugging and automation system integration
• Support machine builds, testing, and troubleshooting in the shop
• Assist with system commissioning and startup at customer facilities
• Create and maintain vision documentation, feasibility reports, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to optimize inspection and automation performance

Required Qualifications:

Compensation

Base salary of $60,000 – $80,000 plus uncapped commission.

Strong performers are expected to exceed $130K+ in total earnings.

Our client, a utility company providing natural gas and electric services to millions of customers across several states, is looking for someone to join their team as an SAP IT Engineer. This role is hybrid in Columbus, Ohio.

*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered*

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining service performance, improving system reliability, and driving operational excellence across the SAP environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as the Service Owner for SAP, accountable for maintaining SAP service levels and overall platform performance.
• Lead efforts to reduce incident rates and improve operational stability.
• Participate in major incident on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements.
• Review and improve the quality of production changes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and document defects and system issues, partnering with Product Owners to prioritize resolution.
• Maintain and organize SAP documentation to support operational processes and knowledge management.
• Manage SAP licenses to ensure compliance and optimize technology costs.
• Provide input and recommendations to support the long-term SAP technology roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of SAP experience
• Strong working knowledge of: SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP FI/CO, SAP Basis, SAP GRC, SAP ABAP
• Familiarity with ITIL support practices, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Ability to work effectively in an outsourced or complex IT environment
• Experience working with legacy and modern computing architectures
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, development, and execution of comprehensive internal and external safety programs at construction sites to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Promote a behavior-based safety culture by collaborating daily with Site Leadership and Safety Coordinators to reinforce safe work practices and safety awareness.
• Serve as the site safety champion, conducting incident and accident investigations, documenting findings, developing solutions, and establishing corrective actions to meet safety performance targets.
• Maintain and organize safety files and records to support corporate and field audits for compliance and business reporting requirements.
• Lead accident and injury investigations, supporting the preparation of relevant materials and evidence for hearings, insurance, and regulatory agency compliance.
• Coordinate with Human Resources for drug, alcohol, and medical screening of employees in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Ensure all employees adhere to established safety policies and procedures, modeling and upholding the organization’s core safety values.
• Be available for minimal overnight travel (approximately 5%) as required by project needs.

Must-Have Skills:

• Valid OSHA certifications.
• Possession of CSP, ASP, STS-C, IOSH and/or CHST certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Occupational Health and/or Safety leadership experience in a construction environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local construction safety regulations and best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related discipline.
• Data center construction experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing safety audit processes and safety metrics reporting.
• Familiarity with BICSI or construction technology training programs.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and influence cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience supporting accident response and regulatory compliance at data centers or technology infrastructure projects.
• Operational knowledge of equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs.
